The plane is payware, from Overland, but you can get a great freeware model from posky. As for the sounds, search for cabin annoucements on flightsim's website, and also get a good sound pack for the engines off that same website. The call out sounds at the end is from the GPWS (ground proximity warning system), you'll find one on flightsim. Everything should work on FSX!
