whats the resolution of that video in 240fps mode? i've read that in 600fps mode it is only about 192x108 :(

@FreeriderBen Yeah I was looking into it and I am torn between getting a HV30 or 40. It has the 24fps for the movie look and you can get that to slow mo as well

i just bought a fh1 from sanyo but im not satisfied with it. it delivers a pretty damn resolution and doesnt even reach hd qualitiy. if theres low light, you can forget to film sth. also the autofocus sucks.

so i will look for another camera....:(

Are you kidding?! Sorry if I offend you, but are you gay? You know how you have to have stuff perfect and all. Well, I just got this camera because of positive reviews and am fully satisfied with it. It takes amazing Full HD video, the colors are great, and the array of modes and manual features is awesome. Best consumer camcorder under $1000 for sure.

This is an awesome camcorder.

For a camera to shoot at 1080HD AND at 60 FPS AND an 8MP still shot AND WITH 240fps is something else.!!

thats why I call the 240fps a gadjet pointless feature, hopefully the next model do HD then it will be worth it IMO

you need very expensive sensors to do very high speed hd (not in the consumer range at all)
