Foreigners often do not know that Sweden have a law that forbid hatepropaganda aganst minorities, in for intstance the US however you are free to exclaim any veiw that comes to mind against minorities so it seems the US are more like the worlds new Iran or Irak by allowing racists to publish whatever they want however hate or spiteful.

@Mischaonline First of all there is no proof that the Sweden Democrats video contains hate speech. It's just the opinion of the highly politically correct boss of TV4, Jan Scherman.
Second, there are indeed hate speech laws in the US and just as in Sweden they are being used by the establishment to silence dissident voices. I do, however, think that they have a higher degree of freedom of speech in the US (something they should be proud of).

Furthermore, since Scherman is responsible as the publisher, he will held accountable if the video indeed violates the democracy paragraph in the radio and TV law and contains hate speech. As such, he have to act when rasists try to get their propaganda out.

That ad is a way to turn people against a minority, which they blame for problems that isn't even their fault. As he said, there is a law here in Sweden to not allow people to do this type antipropaganda towards minorities. And it's quite obvious which minority they're targeting, it's not elderly people

Look at several articles where they explicitly explain how foreigners should speak no dissent of Sweden or be duly expelled, how prominent members offer to pay them to "go home" and the kicker, a young upstart carving a swastika on his forehead, blames it on two foreigners who "spoke Arabic" and then revealed to be self-inflicted.

If they think that the commercial is racist (which i agree that it is) and provoking to minorities (i think it obviously is) and they think showing this can destroy their viewing numbers or create problems for them. They absolutely have the right to not showing it if they dont want to. Its not like they're government-ally owned

This is just ridiculous, SD tries to fish voters by becoming a martyr so hard now that its just becoming transparently fucked up. Make your own media to air it on, change the commercial so that it doesn't play on discrimination (cause even if it isn't, its damn close) or just put it up on the internet, bitching like a girl wont help.
