This is not Russian. It's made up to sound like Russian for non-speakers. For example, he starts with: "Yes... Goodbye, comrades... blabla... Wolga... bla... beer..." Some well-known Russian words are scattered in between, but trust me, even I don't speak Russian, I've listened to much of their (great!) music. It's like one would rap: "Kattashimate Toyota kizeru Mitsubishi kenabe domo arigatu..." Some words are really Japanese, but it doesn't make sense at all. Nonetheless, it's PHAT! :-)
