I dont like this cover because it lacks the emotion of the original. The original has a certain sad/depressed quality which is the reason I love the song so much cause I relate to the emotion so much. The singer and the band are skilled musicians no disrespect to them.

What an amazing cover, the delicacy and attention shown reflects the depth of feeling conveyed by Brand New without deflecting from it's original brilliance.

Now I understand everyone is entitled to an opinion but please only share it when you have the maturity to understand music, feelings, emotion's and talent. You may not like this cover and that is fine, but please remember that the people who recorded this cover will read your comments and believe it or not they maybe talented musicians that make music that you don't like. This doesn't make it ok to bad mouth their work just because you don't like it. A display if respect is needed.

Wow. I have to wonder if any of you haters has a shred of talent, or merely have tin ears. The point of a cover is to add your own twist to a song. As for his enunciation, he's British, get a clue. Jared Leto? Are you old enough to remember when he was a semi-talented actor? As far as voices go, this guy has a much richer voice (and broader range if you'll check out their other stuff!) than Jesse Lacey. Essentially, the point of doing a cover song is to play another song using a different style and sound, typically your own. With that in mind, I think you did a great job with this.

Not bad, I like the keyboards, they add something good. It does feel a bit rushed, I suppose that's just because people are used to the original being slower though. Vocals are good too, I've tried covering this but I can't sing it at all, good job.

Brand New are my most favourite band! And no one can make their songs sound any better than they already are. However, this is a really nice cover and i think they've done a really nice job of putting a little twist on an already amazing song. :)
