  • that video was the cheesiest thing i have seen in my life, is this the mg that is being made by the chinese now? it doesnt look any different to the old one to me, however i am not an mg fan so i wouldnt notice the little differences.

  • What a tacky cheesy vid, the bloody editor wants sacking. No wonder it didn't sell for shit. Mind you I have one, great little car. Deffo don't think much of the vid though.

  • thats the worst launch trailer i have ever seen for a car! good old mg

  • I have clients who have owned MG F, MG TF and have now got the NEW MG TF, without exception everyone has praised the new TF, with several clients offering thier recomendation to other buyers to purchase a New TF.

These are people who have parted with thier hard earned money, to purchase a new TF, and i am sure if they wern't happy with thier purchse, i would be the first one to hear!!

  • Clients must be in double digits then cos total sales till when production stopped (non trade union event) was about half the limited run.

i suppose the chinese solved the head gasket problem with placing a prawn cracker in its place.

im having a party on april the 8th 2010 to mark 5 years of the demise of MG rover. All welcome but must don typical rover driver style, flat cap, facial hair, vicars elbow patches, mother on speedial one, and naked pictures of your auntie.

  • worse car ever! same as a six year old one so why pay for a brand new one? don make sense!

  • Can i ask if you have driven the new TF???

The new TF is 10X's the car the old one was, everything is better, suspension is better, engine is better, build quality and trim fit is miles better, there arn't any rattles now.

  • MG have done a great job in the improvements they have made to the TF, yes the shape is little changed, but the important stuff, the bits you don't see is vastly better. I would challenge anyone to drive an old TF and then drive the new TF and not be impressed with the new car.

On a personal view point i would spend 15K on a new TF if i had the money, but i wouldn't buy the old TF for a 1/3 of the price.

  • well that wasnt a very gud vid really but i am happy that mg are back i have a rover 220 turbo luv it

  • LE mean luxury edition or what ? what's the difference with the stadart version ?

  • Limited Edition. There is only 500 going to be produced. The car has been fitted out with everything and also the grill has been changed to make it seam like a newer car. Although there is now a permanent model that is a lot cheaper like around £13,000 and £11,000 with the scrap-page scheme.

  • My dream car
