lmfao i have no idea what's going on, but at one point it looked like they were all just throwing themselves on the floor. once you get the idea of it, it's more obvious what they're doing.

I meant the girl in leo and tights in the back was the best-particularly for the choreography section. During the improve section (near the end), there was a nice moment where the girl in white and the girl in the leo did the same arm movement at the same speed-the leo girl on the ground, white standing. Those moments where things just click during improv are so exciting.

I assume the mom of the girl in maroon was the one filming this. The girl in the maroon was distracting & tried to be front & center for the camera the whole time. She obviously thought she was the best and was covertly showing off. Her hair and sweats her extremely distracting. Her technique was ok, but she didn't have any control, i.e. just throwing her arms out. With more experience, I'm sure she could become a stronger and more graceful dancer. The girl in white in the back was the best.

These are just kids, you cannot expect them to be professional dancers. It's actually amazing how they can connect to the emotion and depth of the piece. I'd rather watch this, than see someone do pirouettes out the ass. No dancer should be a SNOB- because no dancer is perfect. There is always something to strive for, always something to work harder for. Dancers only put down other dancers due to insecurity and jealousy. Ballet technique isn't the epitome of dance. I think Mia would def agree.

this is KRAZZZYYY i love dance. i live in a sub-urban town, in a big city, and i want to go to an arts school for dance.but the school is down-town. i've never taken lessons before, but i know everything about modern dance. i wish my mum would let me go to sudbury secondary, but she doesn't want to bus me all the way over.... oh well. guess i'll have to dance form a distance and hate school.

The beautiful thing about the improv is that it is just that; unrehearsed. So everything becomes real... And it's a beautiful thing, to dance straight from your heart with no direction. Raw emotion is the only component. And that's a miraculous thing to witness.

I noticed that the girl in the red actually dances in a very similar style to my own... given, she's much more flexible than me. lol.
