Well ive recently cracked the inside of my screen so the screen is just black when i turn it on, but it shows a bit in the corner but the screen looks rippled. I need help on how to repair my screen so i am able to use my phone again. I live in australia melbourne.

it aint that dangerous. As long as they aint working with high amperage or really high voltages it aint a problem.

I know... but I meant that you can really damage the device, since there's always the chance of a shorcircuit or a burnout!
