@JkNone I Know That's Why I Said It :) even when you fall asleep you need at least 8 hours to recover your body...and i workout at night so it takes at least an hour before i get in a deep sleep....so yes 10 hours best...

if you and me train the same hours and i get steroids there will be small difference
in order to have greater difference i must train harder and more hours than you
thats what steroids allow you to do :)

@ivobudinov Bodybuilders worldwide recommend 9 or more hours of sleep. Some champions such as Jay Cutler and a few others recommend ATLEAST 10 hours.
Arnold couldnt be serious, hence rest is AS important as the training itself.
