If you ACTUALLY knew anything, you would know that they charged him on" probability" so they thought he was racist, they chose to believe evra was a reliable witness even though he changed his story and told Fergi different things( first it was n*, then black, then 5 times, 10 times, somehow the FA came up with 7 times) and they said Suarez was not reliable, even though he was not allowed to see the incident on video to remember what happened and explain each part( like evra did)
