Hello I just did the routine and it's very effective but did the routine also works on the upper and lower thigh because it felt it on those areas when I was done with it?
@realgeneralful You can't lose fat in a specific area through exercise, you can however tighten up an area. Translation: sound dieting + training will yield you a flat stomach
I thought muscles got tighter when they're bigger with less fat on them. Are you saying that there's something muscles can do besides get bigger or smaller?
