Hey guys well I have some good news. There is a bill being sponsored that will effectively amend the currently NDAA but not reverse it. Basically it's chances some provisions in the wording but it reinstates the rights provided under the constitution. No I am not joking as I have the congressional link for it. There are 31 co-sponcers for the bill and you can sign it as well. Just let me know as it is real important as many sign as possible.

Ron Paul's campaign relies heavily on enthusiasm. Please donate whatever you can. Hold signs on busy intersections. Flood your local paper's message boards with Ron Paul arguments for Constitutional Government and Austrian Economics. Call for an End to the Fed. Expose the CFR. Understand that Beck, Rush and Hannity work for the machine.
It doesn't have to go through the Courts. Obama signed it into law. Opponents can use the Courts to try and overturn it based on interpretations of constitutionality but legislative authority resides in Congress.
It still hasn't passed the supreme court. Wich they are the ones who have the right on the detetion part. The rest of the bill is just the normal budget defence bill, but more then likely they will pass and even then there will still be oportunity to resolve this issue. Although it shouldn't have been passed in the first place, because if this isn't resolved it could potentially be used against the american people by merely deeming them a terrorist.

Just about everyone else I know just doesn't care, won't take the time to learn, or are Statists. What's sad is that a lot of them around here are from immigrant families that had to flee communist dictatorships.
