@StompingRabbits sounds like a smart politician to me. I don't see how he is any worse than Bush! I mean at least I don't have to cringe when he is making speeches. They're all the same. Maybe you should try running for local office if you want to make a difference, or at least calling your local representative and give him/her your opinions.

@gabepizza - Don't get me wrong here, I didn't vote for McCain nor did I support his candidacy. His advanced age was just one in a plethora or reasons why I didn't vote for him, yet I am not so God damned stingy as to belittle him by calling him "grandpa" in a disrespectful way. Obama supporters belittling a war hero need to hear about their bed wetting Messiah's experience to hold the office of President, COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION! @gabepizza - You didn't but they guy I was chatting with did and was the reason why I called bullshit on "community organization" as executive experience on a Presidential candidates resume. You jumped in on his side so I assume you're ok with him ridiculing McCain by calling him "grandpa." To be honest, I agree, advanced age is only one reason in a plethora why I didn't vote for McCain but he's still a whole lot more respectable then Chairman Zero in terms of service to his country.

@StompingRabbits yeah I agree but the presidency is not a reward for service to country but should go to who will be the better president. I voted for Obama but I have been disappointed so far. I'm now thinking Hillary would have been better but I'm not sure if it really matters anymore. They're all the same unless we get a Paul, Kucinich or Nader but that will never happen.
