  • Dry firing rapes the gun

  • @TheGatorfan37 Actually it doesn't. The best explanation is to think about it. The Ball provides no real resistance against the bolt. There are no "explosions" like a real gun. So when you dry fire, the marker really behaves the exact same. You ARE wearing it out, but at the same rate as if you were shooting paint.

Everything else aside, it's a Tippmann, it can take it. :)

  • what were you doing wen you adjusted the side with ur nail...? what does that do

  • @xOMA1HD That adjusts the airflow to the trigger. It's how you tune it.

  • does co2 work better than compressed air

  • @mdfootball4ever No, air is better because it comes in a 3000 or 4500PSI tank. That tank has a valve that lets 800PSI out for the gun. If the Air goes below 800psi, the guns tops working. CO2 however is stored as a gas ADN liquid. It is stored at approx 800psi total. (in tank pressure) As you shoot, you use gas in the tank. The pressure will drop, and liquid co2 will expand to fill the low pressure, and you will go back to 800 psi. (fairly instantly) But Co2 is affected by -continued--...

  • @king15060 ...-affected b the outside temperature, so on a very hot day, the tank might have a slightly higher pressure, on a cold day it might have a lower pressure. The other problem is, as you shoot, the tank will get very cold as you release energy, and it can make your FPS drop (a little). The liquid to gas thing also causes your shots to have less even pressure, and aiming inconsistencies. I used CO2 on this because I discovered my airtank sucks and doesn't give out the full 800psi. :/

  • nice vid, i have an a5 and im thinking about getting a response trigger for it but it just seems so confusing to keep adjusting it like tht and getting the right amount of pressure. i think it would take me so long to to get it right. did it take u long to figure it out?

  • @snipingpr3dator By the second day (at the field) I could adjust it with my thumb so it worked great. Only a couple bursts and I was good. I don't really adjust it much now. I'm used to how much pressure to apply with your finger too. This video was right after I installed it, and it is quite poor.

  • I HAVE THIS GUN ITS A BEAST

  • why does it sound like u got a leak in it

  • Im saving up this gun with responsive trigger i cant wait that gun sounds amazing.

  • some1 pleaz answer how do these work

  • @lightitup1211 Exhaust air from the shot goes through a hose, back behind the trigger to a small piston. When you shoot/pull the trigger, the piston shoves the trigger back into the ready position. If you tune it right, and apply the right amount of pressure, the trigger will "bounce" and go full auto.

  • @king15060 thanks alot man

  • Dude get HPA

  • @terminator363 trolololololo

  • @king15060

If you find that funny watch "Rainbow Stalin Rainbows! Ruturn with more rainbows" on YT

  • @terminator363 Return*

  • thats is one cool ass sight. what is it.

  • @PBY357 BSA Reddot. But Ive seen them go by other names. It's not the brightest...

  • @king15060 ah ok thanks

  • Man buy an HPA tank...

  • @snowparkdude Trololololol

  • damn paintball gun/ fire extinguisher lol but nice a5 i wish i didnt sell mine

  • What stock is that?

  • @Polaris543 SAW Stock. I think it's the "eye relief" version, or whatever it is called.... Means it is on a steeper downward angle than the regular one.

  • what sight is that

    ?

  • @paintballpredator13 BSA red dot. It is not very bright. I can not recommend it.

  • @king15060 Thanks man those mods will be perfect

  • What can I do to make the cyclone feeder feed the balls faster and have less chops?

  • @dthigpwn I have never actually used them but apparently the mods from TechT will do what you ask.

  • @dthigpwn TechT squishy paddles are amazing

  • What can I do to make the cyclone feeder feed the balls faster and with no chops? Sorry I'm a beginner.

  • @dthigpwn Get squishy paddles from rap4

  • @TraxxasRcDriver1 those look pretty good, and thanks for the site. rap4 is awesome

  • @dthigpwn Tech-T makes the squishy paddles. Or at least was the first. I'm not sure if it's any cheaper direct from them...

  • tech t squishy paddle are better

  • You can get some amazing speed out of RT's if you make or buy a hairpin trigger =)

  • u don't know where the response trigger g spot is :p when u know where it is u can shoot fast as fuck all the time

  • @KyUuTiP With 3 years practice, I now know.

  • @EpicSuccess2 there is a hose going from one of the exhaust ports on the side and uses the co2 or HPA. Whenever you pull the trigger a piston pushes it back up and your finger automatically pulls the trigger again.

  • do i need a cyclone feed for a response trigger on my project salvo or can i use the al 200 loader?

  • @sebdurbs99 You can use any hopper, but if it can't feed quick enough your game will be hell, and full of chops.

  • i don't understand. does response trigger use electricity or require batteries?

  • hahhahhahahhhaahahah CO2 sux the hose froze ahahahaahahahahahaha lozerer hfefhehdfdfhbdbdhfgduhfgdhf gdhgfhdsgfhdsfdshgfdsfhdgfhdhdfghhdfdsgygfdshfhdfhdu fuhdfdihfhdsihdsfh

  • @urmomproductions101 lololulululz

  • @urmomproductions101 read the description dipshit

  • hey, what does the response trigger actually do because i just bought an A5 and i dont know if i should get the response trigger.

  • @XeNoNBlackHawk Where the hose comes out for the cyclone (on the right side of the gun) and goes to the cyclone on the front... That fitting is replaced with a "T" fitting, so a hose goes to the front (to the cyclone) and to the back. (towards the trigger) Inside the triggerframe it connects to the RT, which is really just a small piston. You shoot - air fills in the hose, pushes the piston out (hitting the back of your trigger) and.... DAmn character limit. See part 2

  • @king15060 ...and the trigger is shot back into it's "ready position." If you apply medium pressure: it will shoot, reset, and shoot, bouncing it's way to full auto while you just hold it down. No batteries, and personally it feels a lot more bad ass.

  • u could make a smoke bomb out of dat

  • why would you put a silver red dot scope on a black tippmann a5?!?!? oh well... whatever suits you

  • Lol you see that silver sight......lol..... Its sniper bait. Lol

  • @BOOMSPAS12 cant snipe in paintball dumbass

  • @SkirmishPA ',:l

  • Are you fat? You're breathing pretty heavily just for doing some simple trigger pulls.

  • are there any upgrades that would make the a5 more efficient w/ the rt? im having that problem.

  • @55Duran The cyclone/RT really sorta uses the "exhaust" from the shot, so unless you make the gun efficient anyway. I don't think there are any Rt specific upgrades. Squishy Paddles for the cyclone (from TechT)) Is a worthwhile upgrade. (Against chopping)

  • Hey i bought a A5 used on ebay and when i got it i plug in a CO2 and the gun turns to automatic on one pull and just wastes my co2 in 2 minutes. What is the cause for this sticking of the response trigger? And what do i need to do to fix it?

  • @MrTurdless Sorry, i don't know without having the gun in my hands.

  • @MrTurdless did you check your o rings on the co2 that could be the problem or the co2 bottle itself

  • @MrTurdless a5 is an air hog, upgrade your co2 tank to an hpa tank. it should solve your issues. I dunno about the trigger problem though

  • @MrTurdless check the o-ring on the back of the gun there should be 2 push pins holding it in (this is either a sling mount or a stock if you have one) my a-5 has the same problem every once in a while....if that doesnt work it could be your sear and hammer.

  • how much more air does this use

  • @pntball4life55 No extra air. it steals some pressure from the cyclone. But A5's are not that efficient anyway.

  • @pntball4life55 alot, but if you use an hpa tank it will performe more consistent and last longer on the field. loose the co2 tank

  • how accurate is this gun? also hows the distance?

  • @pounderofhoes Pretty accurate. All paintball guns shoot the same distance (except with a flatline, or apex barrel, which sacrifices accuracy for distance) This is because a limit is set on how many feet per second a ball may travel, and is enforced at fields.

  • @king15060 or if u get first strike rounds

  • now i got a 2 questions for you, how did you get tht carrying handle on lol i hav the same one and cant get it on also do you recommend the response trigger

  • @Josephthecrazyguy Took the screws ALL the way out/off.

I love the response trigger, no batteries, but they can be finicky to get right. The e-grip will always go full auto. I personally love the RT, it lets you choose how much to shoot by the pressure of your finger. Beware, it is not allowed in competitive competitions.

  • @king15060 alright thanx nd i dnt play competitions, im scenario nd woodsball nd yea i think i will get the RT

  • What scope it that? is it good?

  • @ecko4192004

BSA Red dot. I can not recommend it. Not bright enough. Came with gun (2nd hand)

    Looks cool though.

  • piece of shit

  • your going to freeze tubes and coils that way.

  • If you are reading this, thank a teacher.

If you are reading it in english, thank a soldier

  • @ChinchillaSniper

    ahem i think you mean

"if you are reading this in English, thank a MARINE!"

  • FAIL

  • *heavy breathing*

  • if you dont have trigger you can shot fast, no?

  • I know this Video is old .. But what is the name of your scope?

  • How did you make it so quite? mine is very loud, is it the flatline barrel I have?

  • Yes. Though mine is still loud enough that people will always hear it.

The flatline has no porting (holes) in it. And can not, or else it would not work.

This is a 16inch J&J barrel. It has holes on half the barrel. The co2 vents out these holes, so when the ball exits, there is a less "explosive" blsat of co2. It also helps accuracy, by causing less disturbance.

But yeah, the flatline is a whole different beast from regular barrels.

  • u dankey dick

  • hi michael

  • thats nice bro

  • i dont know why but the plumes look so bad ass

    5 stars for badassery

  • wait but whats the difference between the rt and the e-grip?

  • The EGrip is a battery powered circut that will change your marker from being able to fire semi-auto only, to being able to fire, semi-auto, three shot burst and full auto. Response trigger uses a piston in the grip to use the extra gas from a shot to power another shot, giving a close to full auto effect.

  • @keos190 the rt is piston driven by vented air/co2 from the power tube. e-trigger is battery operated linear solenoid located in the grip.

  • @keos190 response trigger fires i ball for 1 pull and 1 release of the trigger

the e-grip however is fully auto

  • @jakclarkstudios wrong response trigger fires like firing full auto on a egrip but u dont hold it all the way u hold it to a certain spot to make it fire in some what auto mode

  • @keos190 the rt is just to with like a bump fire type thing because of the piston behind the trigger. the e trigger is the same but now you can choose full auto semi or 3 round burst and has the fireing options on the side of the gun.... there basicly the same but the rt is cheaper

  • Comment removed

  • @keos190 the difference is rt is better for the marker, even Penn and Teller agree, no bullshit

  • Nice Marker Buddy ; )

  • what is a response trigger is it like full auto ?

  • nice video, im haveing response installed on my a5 by friday, ohh and by the way that scope looks really cool on your gun.

  • What a spiteful little child you are.

Do you really think he, or anyone else cares what you think about his scope?

  • You're an idiot.

  • Your post lacks punctuation, therefore I don't get what you want.

  • Will it relly ruin my gun faster if i use co2?

I dont shoot very fast, i like to "snipe" and sit back. There is only 1 hpa filling station in my area, but maby a few dozen co2 fill stations

  • No, Tippmanns are tank.

Co2 can just produce more a wavering FPS spread.

  • All right i thought so, damn there are so many people that are telling me that my gun will fall apart and shit. D really dont belive them.

    thx for the comment back

  • can you put a responce in a tippman alpha black with out cutting it to bitz

  • @vandealex do not know<

  • how much can you get one of them for?

  • @reardon699 dunno, depends on condition? mods?

  • new?

  • Honestly I don't know. I bought everything used at different times.

  • do u need an expansion chamber for the a5 w/ rt?

  • @chaabanman If your running Co2, it would help. HPA no.

As with any co2 powered gun, once it gets cold, your FPS are going to be all over the place./lower

  • ok but there isnt any danger to the gun if youre running co2 on ur setup with no expansion chamber? because id like to get something like your setup (a5 with rt) but im not sure whether or not to pay extra and get the hpa if theres any risk of damage to the gun.

  • @chaabanman Normally running co2 in a gun, and shooting fast is not the greatest Idea. But Tippmanns run off co2 just fine. HPA is all around better though. Pickup a HPA tank. Co2 tanks are dirt cheap used, and you can alway have one in your bag.

  • gotcha, thanks very much.

  • hey, is that a BSA reddot? i have one for my ruger 10/22, and i'm lookin for an a5

  • It is.

  • i was just wondering, is a tippmann a5 barrel threading the same as a spyder threading

  • Nope.

    Spyder is all Spyder.

    A5 is, A5, X7.

    98 is 98

  • ohh, thx and can the rt shoot faster

  • Faster than...?

  • faster than ur shoooting on the vid, like can u adjust it to shoot faster than ur shooting in this vid

  • Yes, this is poorly tuned

  • @king15060 yeah thx alot im saving for one now, i have only 40, just 30 more, if u know where i can get one cheaper plz tell me

  • @fhjj22 Used my friend, used.

  • what kinda stock is that

  • SAW "eye relief" stock. SAW stock with a bit more of a bend in it.

  • nah im sorry man but its freezing up here in scotland and the last thing i need is ice on my tank so HPA for me and there the same on HPA and CO2 its just CO2 gives ur position away more coz of the cloud as shown on ur vid.

  • Heh, I rock a 3inch barrel, and a piece from opsgear to make 'er louder. Sounds like a .22.

A5 RTs are finicky, co2 works well. :P

But yeah... winter is no good. Although my cyclone chews paint in winter anyway.

  • you should use the frostbite paintballs they are really good in the cold i think i have only 2 chops using them in the cold and that was out of about 4 case's

  • where did u get that rail mount

  • gah CO2 jesus upgrade HPA

  • Troll!!1!

  • co2 was used before hpa im fine wit it it still does the job it needs to

  • awful adaption scope. Red Dot i wanna say? awful for acurracy

  • It is ok...

You can adjust on a x -y axis...

  • have you guys ever heard compressed air it runs ur gun alot smoother than c02

  • Dur, yes.

  • c02 works perfect for the tippmann with its shoots there are small downsides an hpa has some good qualities to it though tippmanns work better with c02

  • nice scope, would be better if it weren't so illuminating though... =/

  • yo where did u get thaat scope its nice

  • Used... BSA red dot. Not exactly my favorite, but looks cool.

  • great video man

  • what kind of a barrel do u have??

  • Where did you get the super response trigger tubing and such? Or did it come with the gun when you bought it? (meaning your A5 is new).

  • get a air tank, co2 is not god for your marker !!!

  • Can you refill a air tank? is it real expensive?

  • you can refill your air tank 10000000 times , on the field it free but in privat it can cost , but you can get a scuba tank to refill your tank about 16 times before you need to refill the scuba tank !

  • It only costs money to fill up a Co2 tanks. That's maybe 5-7 dollars depending on the field. But the compressed air tank is free to fill and really pays for itself, more consistent and better for your gun.

  • dude it's a tippmann. They've been built for co2 since the 80s.

  • i know , but tippmann is a spoolvalve marker , like every other marker , its not good at all, I DONT RECOMEND IT ! it couse the o rings and seals to crimp :(

  • it's a hammer poppet gun, and co2 is fine.

  • ha ha its the most reliablegun i have and i have to many guns for my own good.... it also shoots morea accurate and faster then highend guns i highly recommend it

  • Lol try out speedball then you see why people go high end markers and not low end shit like this !

  • Lol, I have tried speedball, I have a old Lasoya Promaster with a Magna, and RF chip... Least used gun I own.

  • Why did you buy a BRIGHT GLOWING silver red-dot? Does that Not stand out in the brush?

  • When your paint balling, it doesn't matter if you have a black or silver red dot. The other team is still gonna see you

  • The reason why u cant shoot really fast with ur rt is because ur using co-2. the line freezes so use nitrogen. then try buying the hair pen kit and it should shoot close to 25bps

  • Whats the hair pen kit and where do I find it?

  • k thanks ...

i was thinking of getting the Tippmann A5 Shroud - .50 BMG

its gonna be about 50 to deliver to scotland though :(

  • Are they metal or plastic ..

I'm thinking of getting one and i kinda need to be persuaded to get one :P

  • The gun?

They are Aluminum, coated with hard paint stuff hopper is plastic. (always on any gun)

    grip is plastic.

As metal as your gonna get...

  • For tippmann`s co2 works best i found, i used air and the hopper can load rounds as well as with co2, if u tweak it right ur rt can dish out 20-30rps, with air it wont keep up at that speed, and co2 does not freez ur barrel.

  • what riser do you have on that

  • hey i have one the same thing but my response trigger looks diffrent and i use co2 and do u use batterys?

  • You don't use batteries for any type of response trigger; they're completely gas opperated.

  • thates cool! its not fully auto but close and fast like 1

  • whats the best tank to use for a gun like this? co2 or compressed?

  • compressed air

you wanna get 4500 high pressure with a tippmann

also get a flat line barrel

the reason for not using co2 is that it coats the barrel with snow and moisture making the shot not reliable and as accurate

also co2 sucks in general becuase you lose pressure as it get more empty

  • always compressed air if possible some guns require it

  • i have a rt and cyclone on my 98, the only thing that really worries me is that frost that forms on the air tubing going to the feed and the trigger, hahaha, i licked my finger and touched the valve thingy and my finger stuck

  • use hpa!!!

  • smoke screen despenser. lol

  • i got this yesturday but mom wont let me practice with it

  • im getting the A-5 for trading a smart parts ion. i thought it would be good but it usews way to much air to fast.

  • i think you can get kits for your gun so it can operate on lower amounts of air. Also you can get regulators for your gun to help
