Huh? The DNA around Meredith's genitals was from the black guy who's in prison. They didn't find any DNA linking Knox/Rafael. The best they had was a knife with both Meredith's and Amanda's DNA on it, which they found at the murder scene. The traces were so scarce and the process so poorly done it was deemed invalid. They won because their lawyers did a good job.
I'm not saying she's not guilty, but there wasn't sufficient evidence, else she'd still be in prison.

The team of experts determined that the DNA found on the knife blade was not even human, but rye bread. There was no DNA by Meredith's genitals or anywhere else on Mercher except for Guede's.

I don't think all blacks are the same, but I'm not sure yet if there are genetic factors in what causes certain ethnic groups to do what they do. There are many different things to consider, such is, is it just because they are treated like "black people"? But then how would we explain the failure of Africa and the Rwandan genocide, or lower IQs.

The prosecution bases this on 3 things: 'Glass on top of clothes' - No photographic evidence presented in court to show this. The clasp was found under a carpet on the other side of the room from where it was initially found. Raffs DNA was in that house because he went there to see Amanda. The police walked around that house and could have easily carried Raffs DNA on their shoes. The knife is a joke..startch from bread. FRAMED!

If you eliminate the DNA evidence, Rudy would still be somewhere in Germany, maybe murdering more young girls. Once you get the taste and get away with it, you don't stop til caught. Rudy Guede broke into the cottage through the second story window (his MO from previous robberies) he murdered MK, sexually assaulted her while she was dying, cleaned himself up a bit, went back into her room, covered her (so he didn't have to see what he did), went into her purse, took cash, credit cards, phones and keys. His bloddy prints lead out the front door. Simple as it gets!!

Huh? The DNA around Meredith's genitals was from the black guy who's in prison. They didn't find any DNA linking Knox/Rafael. The best they had was a knife with both Meredith's and Amanda's DNA on it, which they found at the murder scene. The traces were so scarce and the process so poorly done it was deemed invalid. They won because their lawyers did a good job.

@Legthyfeline Actually, the Italian court felt uncomfortable about the expert testimony and ordered a new team of experts to look at the evidence. The team of experts determined that the DNA found on the knife blade was not even human, but rye bread. There was no DNA by Meredith's genitals or anywhere else on Mercher except for Guede's.

@Legthyfeline The kitchen knife that police claimed was the murder weapon was proven 100% not to be the murder weapon by the experts the Italian court hired to review the case. And all of the physical evidence at the scene, like footprints, and handprints, were of Guede's. A guy who had burgalarized 4 houses in the previous two weeks and had been arrested for burgalry.

(A) Sweet young girl with no record of any kind, straight A student, kills her friend in a three person sex game and then returns to the scene of the crime obliviously, or (B) a hardened criminal, with a record, breaks into the house, rapes Mercher, and then kills her.

@mattaholic2011 I'd say that if your American press stopped continuously acting as a megaphone for extremism against the Judge's (correct) decision to question and gain evidence from a very important character witness for all of the people Meredith Kercher knew, then we might actually have solved this case by now. But, hey, you know, instead Knox cheerfully dragged the case on by slandering the Italian Police.

@HustlerPumpkin Guede (A Black guy) did actually take part in killing her. They also found a bloody hand print of his on her pillow and DNA inside and on her. His story of the event kept changing too... His clearly guilty which is why hes in jail right now. I think Knox is guilty too.

No murder weapon? No motive? Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence (including DOZENS of DNA samples of skin hair, etc of Rudy!) of Rudy intact. Mignini framed them. RS & AK are innocent.

I don't think all blacks are the same, but I'm not sure yet if there are genetic factors in what causes certain ethnic groups to do what they do. There are many different things to consider, such is, is it just because they are treated like "black people"? But then how would we explain the failure of Africa and the Rwandan genocide, or lower IQs.

@ShitMovies2000 Well the lower IQs come from lack of resources(in some cases) it depends on the persons resources and their own personal drive in life. I don't think it is genetic though I feel it is how some people are raised. Also alot of things are stereotypical. Go to a video of whites fighting then go to one of blacks fighting read the difference in comments. Youll see the same actions but different responses.

There IS evidence to suggest it's genetic - but also due to circumstance. I personally think it's due to a combination of factors, but I'm still not sure.
Such as, I wonder why Africa is in such a mess when there is no reason for it to be. The only reason they have running water is because of colonisation.
I think greater effort should have been made in making sure that Africa was civilized before we left it.

In the USA and other countries we have so much more resources availible to us still that depends on alot of factors for some people. I'm just saying, upfront, I'm not a good person at all and I'm so corrupt that I actually find her attractive even though she did what she did. And also that I'm suseptable to bias, but I'd never treat anyone any different unless they acted a certain way of course.

@tuki1boo Ah right, well because I have little empathy for other people and generally dislike everyone.
But nah, there aren't a lot of them where I come from, but I know that the majority closest to where I live are involved in gangs and the likes there of, so I would feel anxious walking on the same side of the road as a big group of 19 year old somalian immigrants to be honest.
I know not all black people are the same, but sadly a disproportionate majority I doubt I'd get along with.
