Ok, Islanders won 4 in 40 and Devils won 3 in 30. Think about it, 7 cups for those 2 teams in the span of the Rangers winning 0 until 1994. Islanders won there 4 cups in 11 years of existence while the devils won 3 in 20 years of exsitence in a different time
