julie! hope you remember you need to have componet cables for the xbox as well the hd pvr only comes with cables for the pvr to the tv! juuuuuuuuuust letting you know and actually i have an extra set that works if interested but congrats and if you need help with quality settings on the vids just let me know ill help you out
