That's a line I've gotta use whenever I finish mutilating my food, lol. This video was in my youtube recommended vids, and it's inspired me to go out and get some lobsters.
@redlight300 the green part near the head is called Tomalley and it is considered a delicacy. it can be eaten or added to lobster bisque or sauces but some people do not like to eat them.
@jeffshanghai your welcome-- i love lobster,its my alltime favorite- i was born in halifa nova scotia so i grew up eating and cooking them alot-- since i was a toddler and im 53 now and there still my fav food
@luxurylass Wow! Halifax sounds like a seafood paradise, will place it on my must visit list. I have a friend from Halifax too who is now in Vancouver where I am. Oooooh the delicious lobster, I can eat em every week if I had the chance......I love em too, yummy yummy. Take care my dear!! Cheers!
@jeffshanghai im not sure they died from natural death maybe from not being in salt water but either way it still looked good oh and also it appears you need a bigger pot lol
@xXxchipperchopperxXx I agree with the pot size, but it worked out well, I used the stock to make a nice seafood soup and the amount was just right. great comment though!! cheers
Its really super easy to do and hope you have a good time preparing and sharing it with your family and friends. Let me know how it turned out.....or share a video of you preparing it...... have FUN!!!!! I am not an expert but always here to help. Peace!!
Great vid !!!

This looks yummy :)
Had you killed them before you started filming?

@thatUkrainianguy
I kept them alive in the sink with some water over it but it died a natural death after an hour or so.
jeffshanghai 6 months ago
@jeffshanghai it probly was killed by the water-- u dont have live lobster sitting in a sink full of tape water-- tape water is like poison to them
luxurylass 5 months ago
@luxurylass thanks for that info, I totally was not aware of that, the next time I cook lobster, I will remember that.
