Obama already believes he is above the law.He has not shown his birth certificate or his college admission records - he has not followed the law which says he must show his citizenship.He has not denied his Indonesia citizenship, he only says he doen't have to show his birth cert.

Obama doesn't believe he is above the law. He only has to divulge those records if the petitioner gets a judge to approve a request to have those records disclosed. So far, Philip J. Berg, the plaintiff in this case, has not received court authorization for these documents. Hence, Obama hasn't violated the law. If Obama's citizenship was really illegitimate, don't you think the McCain camp would have used it to disqualify him from the Presidency from the outset? Youre grasping at straws.

Everyone needs to email the congressman and US senators about The Fairness Doctrine. It's a barely disguised attempt to silence Talk Radio. It was tried in the 70s and the result was that media stopped covering all controversial topics because of the fear of lawsuits.

The Dems know the Doctrine will not hold up in the courts. But, it will take two years to get to the Supreme Court and in the meantime it will destroy Talk Radio.

Sends those emails now. It really does make a difference.
