@reptile525 agreed, the poor guy has no room in there. theres no need for a food bowl unless its feeding time, and theres way to many things to walk over, he just needs a flat surface not all that leaving him no space.

@95blckfirebird1 do not put rocks in his enclosure or let him near them! bring him to the vet ASAP because the rocks will get stuck in his digestive system and build up until it ruptures his stomach lining or kills him in other ways. thats VERY bad.

@DinamiteLizard Skinks require very minimal maintenance all they require is a moist cage and feeding atleast once a day. One thing i figured out out of experience is while they shed they can loos their toes because of skin cutting of circulation so make sure to check that too.

@wwecpp254 Let him get used to you, if you rush it he won't like you, try treats and just letting your hands being within his comfort zones, try snails, they love them here if i want to befiend a bluetounge I start with snails, then cucumber and as MrScienceGeek has said stay away from fruit high in acid, defrosted peas are good too =)

it maybe tame, that's y. try putting a wood shaving or hide box in i's enclosure, please never use pine or cedar shaving, oh yeah, if your BTS has swollen lump on it's back, consult your vet... it may be getting MBD from lack of uv lighting.

u can never tame a lizard like a cat but this skink doesnt seem to bite it depends how much u take them out i got my skink when it never had been held in hands but i took it out the first day and it was completely calm so its also alittle about their personality but most of them dont bite at all but gekkos got a high temperament and is pretty aggresive and bites more often than any normal lizard is that an good answer enough? :)
