wow Vince was so quick back then... amazing how he can still do some of the things he does now without that speed and athleticity. And I can kind of understand why t-mac wanted to go somewhere else and be the man, cuz watching this, he knows he can score just as well as VC, but he's only there to watch during crunch time. And what do we know? He outscores VC and becomes scoring champ.
@RetarddHater I agree with you - because if u notice tmac had that put back to make them go up by 1 but he didnt get as much love as when carter hit that 3 - its clear that it was vince's city but if they had stuck together this would of been a nasty duo to come - but we can only hope that demar and sonny take over like this:)
It is interesting from an NBA fan's perspective, however, to see how Toronto is using its international feel that turned off the black American athlete to their advantage, by stockpiling European and South American talent who feel more comfortable with the global feeling of Toronto than they would playing in a city like Cleveland or Detroit.
It is a shame how American and specifically black American stars (Carter, Tmac, Francis and now possibly Bosh) have hesitated to play in Canada. Francis' family lives near me in MD, and he complained that Vancouver wasn't close enough to home but he was happy with Houston?? Houston's still a two-day drive away, gimme a break. Just about that whole generation of American players wasted their talents and that's why the national team suffered in that era and the "dream" team didn't win gold.
what kills me is that these two had so much potential , and its sad how there carears are now, i bet they look back on these days and wonder what would have happend if they stayed together in the t.dot
@kasino7 nevermind staying together...if they both would have taken care of their bodies and stuff like Kobe did. He's the same age about...and his body is in way better condition than theirs! Those 2 guys wasted years more of hi-quality bball.
i feel it's been stale as of late also. but back to the video, everytime i see that clutch dunk by carter, i always wonder how carter beat olajuwon to the basket when olajuwan was standing right next to the basket lol.
Fuck VC and Tmac. There's OLAJUWON!!! <3

i guess even if they stayed together nothing would have happened. Their style don't co-exist. They are at max like Durant and Westbrook are now.

If by sad, you mean that Vince is about to win a ring with Dwight and company, than yes, his career is sad.
