im training for usmc recon and i can already ace a pft test by far but i can do 26 pull ups overhand perfect usmc form but ive never seen a challenge yet lol , but ive seen a army challenge at a drag race and beat the record by 10 lol i even beat out ever last army guy there and im 16 lawl they were embarassed to say the least

As in, when your hands are wider, you're relying more on your core, and when they're closer together, you're relying more on your biceps. Just like with pushups, wherein wide hands puts more strain on your chest/shoulders and close hands puts more on your tris.

@MrWeroomaan Depends...if i just go right into doing them without stretching/warming up...about 20. If i warm up I can do 40-50. I like training my biceps moreso I perfer chinups. i can do over 100 chinups, after about 30 it starts to hurt & burn but thats what its all about. No pain no gain!
