very good work..have you tried to square up photos? that will increase your abillity to create a more accurate drawing....

oki..first get a photo you love.{.its got to be good.}..then draw a grid on the photo..so its divided up by squares..

then get your art paper..and grid the art paper..{but make the squares larger.}..then you can plot the photo image onto your paper ..its a very accurate way of drawing an image, but it takes some practice..

Ha! It's kind of funny. For alot of artwork, people will get the utmost praise for work that can't be considered professional or magnificant, but do look very good. When people draw like this, I see alot more criticism than ever. It's not a bad thing. It's just something that I feel I've noticed. When you see pieces like this that really are meant for perfection, the tiny flaws stand out so much more (eraser marks, led smudges, threads off hair off balance, an eye one mm larger than the other).

Oh of course. I didn't see it as an insult. I've been drawing since I was four, and I'm nineteen, but still, I find it difficult to fraw the human face with such perfection, especially from some of the angles that this guy (girl?) did. I actually learned alot of my techniques from a Marvel guide to drawing comic strips. It was meant for comic book artists, but teaches everything from perspective to shading.

The only real good drawings i did yet are all Cartoon characters, i've drawn 1 reallife person, which is Legolas from Lotr but it wasn't that good, now ima try learning something from a pro book about anatomy ( is that how to say it in english O_o ?? ) i heard that would help me to learn drawing reallife persons better :P, btw this is a guy >.>
