Sw. Ragananthananda called religion "the philosophy of life"-- a scientific quest for truth. When the same spirit of scientific temper &inquiry that we employ to investigate the mysteries of the material world --if directed inward-- it becomes religion or spirituality. Ethnic religion is different than the science of religion which is the science of human growth& fulfillment.
