@JobeMinacum Its the charger from the end of fast and furious pt4 and at the begginning of pt5 (Fast five) but you are right, its a different charger throughout the rest of fast five.
@duntaebuck Yeah, such an odd storyline. At the end of fast and furious (4) Dom blows the charger up by jumping into the Camaro to kill that black guy. Apparently Brian fixes it somehow or makes a new one for the end scene(breaking dom out of jail), and then in fast five there is no blower, different hood, different rims but it is supercharged in the scenes with it's hood up. Odd.

It's an anemic piece of shit. It's a movie car. That's what I expected and there's nothing wrong with that. I can't see why they cut up a working blower though. If they put a smaller gear on the engine and a bigger one on the blower, it'll have a big shiny pulley, and low boost, so they don't need to pay for extra engine junk to deal with the boost.

I was hoping they didn't have 19 inch rims on this one... Take a look at The Fast and Furious charger. It had 15 inch rims on the front and back. Coupled with Semi-Racing slicks on the rear. Also, the blower popped outta the hood more and the sound was INCREDIBLE.
I am sure being the 5th movie they could have put a real Hemi in it,. but come on everyone here knows as well as i do that if they did and they went out and destroyed the car and Hemi every male and a good number of females mopar fans would have been hunting them down for it!

You heard him, they use Chevy 350's in everything for parts availability and costs. They have a handful of front clips and a handful of cars. If a gasket starts leaking or a rocker arm goes or whatever, they just go to the store and get a replacement. Try that with a Hemi. Now go to the race track if you want to see real race cars.
