The Evil powers kinda suck (arc lightning is really the only good upgrade) where as good gets very versatile power ups including the fact that you regenerate battery power whenever you hit with normal lightning. I'm sorry, but I'd take a Shockwave that suspends people in mid-air over one that "blows up cars"

@coolboy060 Whether or not evil is more beneficial kinda depends on what you would like to do with your powers. Some see it as beneficial as you don't have to worry about anyone. Caught in a huge fire fight? easy, don't worry about the innocent people caught in the crossfire, kill anything in your way. Don't want the barrel that is pumping poison into the people'swater suply to hurt you and limit your powers? Just overheat the circut holding the barrel in place and let the people be poisoned.

I saw a guy do a review on both inFamous and Prototype and stated he saw them as practically equal in ability (games ability not the characters) and said the only way to determine who is better was to see both in a girls underwear. Well I've played Prototype, and I had a look at Infamous, but I really do prefer Prototype. It makes some sense to me, manipulation of personal biomass with the durability and diversity of a virus, and it's just freaking awesome to grow a blade out of your arm. However, somehow controlling electricity because of a bomb that didn't kill you (???) and these electric attacks being so useless at the beginning of the game... Plus a lot of other stuff I noticed, but you get the point. Alex is awesome.

Infamous was fun for me for a few hours... Then I found out that all they did was recycling the same missions over and over again.. The storyline also was very weak to me, didn't really care about the characters at all, like Uncharted 1 and 2 did to me... But I see why people like it, you get to run around and do whatever you like.. I just wish it was more than that.

@Pellefather I honestly though Prototype was better at doing whatever you liked. There were always barriers in the form of areas filled with the death-dealing turrets and no electricity to make use of grinding on train tracks and power lines, severely limiting my use of my more favorite powers like Shock Grenade. I like both inFamous and Prototype for their own merits, and I also dislike aspects of both games, that's just how I am.

Well, if I were to compare it to another game that I think is similar (and you might think I'm crazy now), it would be Assassin's Creed 2, where you get the same kind of free roaming experience with the chance to collect stuff and do quests of your choice. I think they are a lot better at keeping the game varied though, and I'm actually really excited to play the game again, because it feels more like I'm doing something new rather than the same quest again
