I did some "research" on Wikipedia before getting this game, so I knew that Liane was going to die...but this traumatized me for about two weeks. O_O Poor Liane. And Jeanne...and Roger. None of them win in this scene. D;

I didnt really build Li'ane as a powerhouse because I thought she would be weak in the game and not very useful im at the Reims I got the game 4 days ago its so FUN! anyways I hate how Jeanne is gone for a while she was lvl 36! GOD DAMN!!! but I know shes alive still but Roger he is level 30 so im gonna make him a Powerhouse now because I know he is gonna have a armlet YAY!
it is sad how liane burns, but i never cared for her much. honestly, after this cutscene, to me the games story lost all reality and credability, because seriously, he just turned into a demon. many people give this game a perfect 10 on story. now dont get me wrong, i love the game, but can no one see how the storys rediculous? there are many untied nots at the end, and many main characters roles just cut out after a few missions.
I agree with you on the part that the story twisted Joan of Arc's history with all the fictional, fantasy-theme thing. But still, I wouldn't discredit it for that. I mean sure, demons, reapers, whatever you wanna call them, they lean a lot on the fictional side of the game, but it's still a great game with a great story. Besides, it's a fantastic point of view, from the game director, to put it like this. That's what I think, at least. ^^'

It's great to see the cutscenes, well made I tell you what (quoting Hank Hill) for an excellent game. They should turn this into an anime series, perhaps. :) I'd watch it since I am a huge fan and admirer of Jeanne La Pucelle. :)

It'd be great if it became a full fledged anime. It'd offer something refreshing and cool and raise awareness about St. Jeanne's story to many, especially women. God knows how girls these days need role models.

At least you can use Liane after you beat the game and the 2nd season of the coliseum.
