People love setting ENB on max and it looks ridiculous, but tweak it and you can have the game really looking great with deeper shadows and better (more normal) reflections, along with nicer sunshine, etc.

your graphic card cannot support the modification.

try an other version of the mod? download d3dx9_26.dll and put it in game directory. download latest drivers. check that you have pixel shader 2.0 support on your graphics card.

have a read of the readme text that comes with the mod, it explains everything.

INSTALLING:

Extract files from archive in to the game directory or where game execution file exist (.exe).

STARTING:

After game start the mod deactivated by default, to activate it use key combination (for GTASA shift+f12 by default).
