Yes, I got the abs, but trust me, they were just the small abs that we all have..nothing impressive! Have rest days, they will help you recover and be good for you in the long run!
@20jaime10 very true. Same happened to me. I was training every single day (I do kickboxing) and I had as a goal too beat the current champ at the gym. But I lost to him. Afterwards I went to him and shared my training routine and he said: "Your doing it all wrong. You train hard but you gotta rest man!".
