The first one is from "L's still alive" (youtube it). The second one is Nocturne of Kirite (type in "nocturne kirite" in youtube)

type in death note still alive, and ull find something like "L's still alive" i got the song from that
now that u said it, that wouldve been the better choice....
basically this is supposed to be representing whats happening on a majority of people's lives right now
its part of the game....supposedly its in the end of the game.
