hey your kenyi fish might of have turn yellow color because of diffrenet reasons like stress, or because the male and females change color when they are older like my fish, also sometimes weird even from birth. my baby fish used to be all blue but now some of them are turning yellowish blue caus the father was yellow and the mother was blue

I think the reason he is yellow now is because he might be a little stressed. My cichlids become flushed in color when they are stressed, I think his color will return.

i don't think there stressed. i found out there male Kenyi's and male Kenyi's turn yellow when they grow up.

Yea that's right. All juvie Kenyi's are born blue, those that are male eventually turn yellow, the females will stay blue.
