  • its a good song but depressing

  • I dont care. Just cut it off. I dont care what limb, please just take me back!

  • holy shit this song is uber good

  • Saw roger waters in concert- took my breath away this is my favorite song<3

  • Look mommy, there's an airplane up in the sky.

  • Those keyboards at the end. . .JIZZ.

  • gilmour and waters you rock!!!!!!!!!! Floyd Forever

  • Gilmour...

  • Such... Amazing... The most deep anti - war song...

  • i got here from system of a down

  • Hey I still have one unused ticket for Knebworth 1975 . . saw them then but the sound was all wrong i.e. keyboards were tune up in the wrong key or something. saw them at t, the wall, Tour, Wish you were hear tour,Animals tour twice, division bell twice, (was there when the stand fell down) we all thought it was a great Floyd effect!. I will NEVER be satisfied, always want to see them more, but hey how can they now......Without Rick imean? That's it, no more, finito.

  • perfect

  • Bloody adore that heart rendering keyboard part from Rick Wright at the end. Raises it above the studio version for me.

  • "look momma theres an airplane up in the sky"

no dear thats a CHEMTAIL JET .............goodbye blue skies indeed!!!

Pink Floyd always delivers and they may not even realize it

  • 6 stupids persons like justin biever

  • saw pink floyd live & they were AWESOME!!!

  • woooooooo que hermosa rola simplemente hermosa ya a pasado mucho tiemo desde akel dial mucho tiempo que buenos rekuerdos m trae esta banda

  • Check my profile for the Pink Floyd Inspired Concept album I wrote!

  • One of my greatest regrets in life is never having seen Floyd live. In my younger years, I thought of them as a "listen while you're messed up" band. Now I realize they played amazing music and did it to play amazing music, not to play for a bunch of messed up teenagers. Sadly, this music is being lost to todays computer generated, no talent, sing to get famous "artists". What is happening to good music...to REAL music? Roger/David...please save the world. Come back to us.

  • I have always had the greatest respect for British artist's and Pink Floyd was one of the greatest bands ever assembled. What happened to this style of music? I'm happy to have lived through one of the most fantastic times for music.

  • 6 people missclicked

  • i think theres a few zero's missing from the views it should be 31,362,600

  • Who the fuck can dislike this??????

  • @TheJuanfut99 six emotionless assholes

  • I didn't think the show was video taped. I would like to have the whole concert. Just great thanks.

  • di - di- di -did you see "6 asshole" ones?

  • @inchamat LOL XD

  • this is a great fucking song

  • Hey Guys, I have a question important for me...

I play guitar and singing, so I tried to play this song...and i have small problem.

In last chorus i cant sing high notes..Is it Rick Wright singing and David Gilmour sing this second voice like this video....On Studio version a cant hear it but its veeeeery beatuiful.

    Thanks

  • @AxlRoseACDC Well, yes and no. Because of the extensive use of double tracking and layering, it is hard to tell with a live version. I do not think that Rick Wright, piano player, sings on this. On the studio version, it is Roger and Dave singing. The second chorus is both Dave and Roger, combined.

  • Without a doubt this is a stellar song from Pink Floyd. Hauntingly beautiful in so many levels. Such magical chemistry between Waters and Gilmour with the harmonies...almost, if not, transcending.

  • @lxlandia r u high hahahaha

  • @BGJY Yes.....music, when done this creatively and intelligently, as the music of Pink Floyd, can give a natural high.

  • look mummy theres airplane up in the sky

  • 6 people never saw the blue sky

  • To people who think this song is depressing, they must not be listening correctly. It's actual music and it's a beautiful song. I LOVE IT!!!!

  • what is the title of this dvd and where do you get it?

  • moving song.......

  • i cant belive people put i dont like it dam...

  • roger's little girl at the beginning, and it could go on and on and on

  • am I the only one who thinks this song is never long enough.... it's okay, I just play it over and over

  • @illisanantexico you're not the only one.

mother, another brick in the wall, learning to fly, run, just too many to list that can just play on over and over. not many bands acheive the level of musical perfection in a live show like pink floyd.

  • @MrDamnifiknow : so true, High Hopes, marooned, a great day for freedom... well, that whole album (Division Bell) is grossly underappreciated, but perhaps that's what PF is all about...

  • @illisanantexico the division bell is with out a doubt underappreciated. i caught the div bell tour back in 92 - 93? (have to go dig up the concert shirt to be for sure) awsome show. 2.5 hours of musical bliss even w/o waters it was incredible. i feel some just can't grasp the complex simplicity (think about it) of the lyrical/musical arrangments. pure perfection.

  • the most perfect song..

  • 6 people do not want to say goodbye to the sky

  • back when you had to have talent to sing :P no autotune here folks

  • This sounds spectacular, I really do wish I was alive back then to witness this fantastic show.

  • extraordinary songwriting..

  • i wanna be high now

  • @LSD0Moon I was starting to sober up so I listened to this song so I could feel high again. And now, "On the run".

  • @69ofdoom on the run is like i-doser but has a real effect not a placebo, hehe

  • @LSD0Moon Yeah, idoser is a placebo. I can't feel anything from it because I know that it can't produce the same effects as real drugs.

  • wooow, goose bumps everytime..! Great song!!!

  • I wish I could have seen Nick Rich Roger and David all on the same stage, the music they created was magic, sum of all parts and not just one individual. I hoped they could have done a reunion before Rich had passed in 2008. Perhaps in 2011. I've seen both Roger (The Wall reenaction) and David (1994) and can say that yes it is good, but not nearly as great as what it would be like when they are all on stage.

  • this song needs to be about 10 min long, not 3. Gives me chills.

  • i got expelled for drawling the nazi bird in art class.....

  • This song is to much!

  • this song will take you on a trip

  • Not enough people appreciate how Roger Waters brought out the best of david Gilmour. Rogers placement of David's talents cannot be argued with at all. Therefore, the wall may have been bland without David Gilmour, but it would have been just as bland without any other member of the band.

  • @greenscene1122 The best thing about Floyd was the dichotomy between Waters and Gilmore. Waters certainly isn't known for great bass playing or vocals...it was his song-writing ability. I would say that Gilmore's playing ability and voice brought out the best Water's had to offer.

  • LOOK MOMMY! THERE'S AN AIRPLANE IN THE SKY!

  • @dirtyminded604 lol i was gonna write the same thing until i saw u put that first

  • we are all lost; it only differs in degrees. i have seen our differences poignantly; shall i now see our similarities? how bittersweet it will be, how it will always be. are we in this together? can we now be? we weren't once, you know, you turned away, all of you did, and i was alone. but i am determined to forgive your ignorance, and to try to understand it as that, rather than evil, which it has felt like. i will do what i can for you. i will love. the pain and hatred shall fade.

  • incredible sound -- by far the best live band i know!!!

  • 5 justin bibers

  • @bamvi111 Fuck you.

  • @kingfarouk2 .I.

  • Jesus. Still one of the most haunting songs out there...

  • reminds me somewhat of a song that would be in Napoleon Dynamite at the beggining....except at least 1 million times cooler.

  • to bad Waters was and probably still is an asshole

  • @guertin11 ROGER WATERS IS A FN GENIUS. Idiots. everywhere.

  • @mrdalga5 didnt say that i said the guy was a prick. Thats not a bad thing, hell Im an asshole and so are you apparently

  • @guertin11 i understand and agree fellow pink floyd fan

  • @mrdalga5 u guys are also fags

  • Without David, The Wall would just be The Final Cut.

  • @danethebrain David only wrote music for 3 (?) songs, even though they included Comfortably Numb and Run Like Hell. Without David The Wall would be somewhat less spectacular but it would still be legendary and a lot better than The Final Cut. And don't diss The Final Cut!

  • @danethebrain exactly what i said

  • @danethebrain David plays on the Final Cut. What makes Final Cut incomplete is the absence of Richard Wright. Pink Floyd is not just Roger and David, it is a four member band. Anyone missing and it's not Pink Floyd anymore.

  • gilmor and waters are music gods to the point that im going to get a tatoo sleve devoted to the wall

  • dear roger and david,

get rid of rap and jb fans and just hack a satalite and play the wall all over the tv network somehow

  • GOODBYE BANKER

  • Roger and David, you are both fantastic but together you are just MAGIC! So please, guys, could you bring back perfection to this world?

  • @kaorisugarboy Unfortunately the perfection will be lost since Richard has pasted on, he to works wonder on the keyboards and the vocals also. I wish that Roger and David would have buried the hatchet before Richard death, my dream of taking my son to a Floyd concert can never be realized. I did take him to see the Wall tour when it stopped in Chicago. We were in section 2 row 3 seats 1-3. That is the closest he will ever get to a Floyd concert, unless Roger and David work it out.

  • @kaorisugarboy If you read Nick Mason's book "Inside Out: A Personal History of Pink Floyd" I think you'll understand why the two aren't on speaking terms.

  • @kaorisugarboy well said!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • MAYBE not in sound, but roger put on a much better version of the wall this 30th anniversary of it. Lots was on tape back then.

  • love the way they harmonize

and the guitar is just beautifl

    too short thought

  • As great as always. Pink Floyd's music will always be one of the most important things my life's made of.

  • God David and Roger are still acting like little kids! Make up already fuckers! I wanna here you guys and see you guys in a concert TOGETHER. Enough with this feud crap!

  • when did luke skywalker replace david gilmour lol :)

  • @mitchyjamie never turd

  • @mitchyjamie When was david gilmour demoted to luke skywalker?

  • @mitchyjamie You didn't get the memo?

  • @mitchyjamie As you can see, Gilmour is so awesome he has fans in another galaxy.

  • I wish it was way longer! I always do! By the way, I just see that there are two poor guys who haven't been able to appreciate its beauty and I sympathize with them and hope for their recovery! Nature will help them appreciate its beauty in their life time, I hope!

  • OMFG

  • I loooooove It

  • I loooooove It

  • Out of 683 people 2 of them should have been aborted by a blind gimp with a rusty coat hanger smeared with loose cat feces.......rot in hell..

  • @7777dmith7777 Well, it isn't the best version I've heard either...

  • I saw Waters at Montreal the 20th october. AWESOME!!!

  • i wish this song was way longer. i could listen to this tune for hours. i wouldnt even care if they just hummed the whole thing

  • i think ive just heard my cremation song

  • It fells like that I have Bipolar Disorder after listeining to this. This is really awesome.

  • @Micioonthet I guess you`d love Jonas Brothers and Justin Bieber... Isn't it... You little ignorant faggot,,,

  • @Micioonthet You suck cock. Period.

  • Comment removed

  • @Micioonthet uif u dont like them then why are u waching the video

  • This song is divine.

  • The Wall would have been very bland without David.

  • yes and Richard

  • @SRone45

Agreed completely. I find most of the best songs off the album tend to be the one's Dave either wrote the music to, or sang.

  • @SRone45 I saw Roger do the Wall in september, it was amazing! David was of course not there.

  • @SRone45 kinda like the final cut, eh?

  • @SRone45 ..........It wasn't at all. I caught the last two U.S. shows in Anaheim. They were better than the 1980 concert which I also saw and rewatched the video of it the day I got back from the Dec. 2010 Anaheim Honda Center show....Yes, I love Gilmour also, but the Water's 2010 concert was better in many parts.....(my opinion of course)

  • @SRone45 What do you mean?

  • @TheAVillela Without David's musical contributions the Wall would have been too wordy.

  • it is the "the flames are all long gone but the pain lingers on" that causes the tears -- waters reaally knows how to press that button

  • I just became an uncle at 19, and I think I know exactly where I'm going to start on the list of song artists this kid has to digest before becoming one with man - men that have lived through the dark side of the moon.

  • Buddha y jesus son los unicos que nos pueden sacar de las llamas

  • wonder who the two haters are, wow

  • @VooDooMan42069 They're probably already burning in hell.

  • I wish it was longer...the song by itself I mean...

  • thats beautiful man

  • 2 people. Why?

  • I am a artist when I listin this song it takes me to another level. It's almost like starting a life and let it begins then it ends. This is a song where life takes you on a ride in your mind and give you the feeling till it ends in so many way. It's life and Death in one the art of life.

  • i`t's like a terror tune,pretty awesome

  • I am so happy for the time when I was born.We had black and white tv with no phone because my grandfather wouldnt have one. There were no cell phones or cable tv.I had a record player and an am radio with a single plastic earphone. But being able to have great bands to listen to like Pink Floyd was worth it all.No regretsI am so happy that all the giants of music are still enjoyed by the younger generations, real music.

  • My God thats beautiful.

  • to bad i grew up in the 90s and not back when this first came out but my 3 year old daughter loves this and she will be the next generation to keep floyd alive

  • hands down my favorite song of all time

  • ...1986-7 PF stayed at the Amstel Hotel...Amsterdam...had the privilege of cooking for the band ...minus Waters...thrilling....gave me tickets to their Rotterdam stadium concert...great memory....

  • Travesty that this is the only live video I can find!!!

  • poesia

  • Awesome!

  • amazing.. ok so i guess gilmour hates waters and waters hates gilmour.. the problem is gilmour, wright & mason are a great blend and waters is great but together, they could tell a story and the sonic beauty of this song is an example of what they could do together -- i mean was it really worth it, to break this up over who got to lay down more tracks; thats what I heard anyway

  • @scmscz Just another Lennon and McCartney story, together Waters and Gilmour were great, but their solo didn't go so well.

  • @scmscz They don't hate each other as much because David is going to play Comfortably Numb at one of Rogers shows

  • this song is just so amazing something about it gives it this dark but sweet edge to it. Its a very powerfull song

  • I'm shocked at how so much of this sounds like MetallicA's Fade To Black. Obviously MetallicA copied bits from this, but wow, bit's of this are identical to Fade To Black. I keep expecting to hear Kirk come in with his solo, lol.

  • @mednode gtfo...mettallica sucks...

  • @highrisk5150 Hell Right! :)

  • @highrisk5150 if compared to pink floyd, almost everything sucks :)))

  • @nimatek667 That is a fact of reality, nothing can be compared.

  • goosebumps......

  • best thing sence sliced bread

  • The harmonies are beautiful.

  • I'm only 17 and this song gets me everytime. Theres just something about it.......I cant explain but I cry everytime I hear it. Its beautiful.

  • @SarahSunshine92 im 23 and its done the same thing since i was too young to know what beautiful music was

  • i use to listen to this song when you were still swimming around your old mans ball bag

  • is that roger or david?

  • @enteradj it`s david

  • it's like someone is talking to u from the inside of your brain!!!!!!!

  • I want the full clip from the movie, and the full song. I swear it was longer when I watched the movie a couple weeks ago...

  • a masterpiece, the entire album - simply one of the greatest musical accomplishments in history - this will never leave my collection of albums :)))

  • I absolutely love the tempo to this song. it goes from positive to very dark, Roger Waters is a genius.

  • how can a tempo be positive or dark?

  • @101dotbitch it's the feeling of the song, the quality of the notes. when they said tempo, i think they meant feeling of the notes.

  • @101dotbitch listen to this song, and you'll understand

  • Can someone help me with this? I'm looking for an instrumental Pink Floyd's song that I heard!! it's only with one acoustic guitar!!

  • @eloquis could it be The Norrow Way, pt 1, off Ummagumma, or Is there Anybody Out There off The Wall? They've both acoustic instrumentals

  • That opening guitar gives me goosebumps everytime.
