My first impression was "that's a weird sounding synth". Then I realized it's just the sound of piezo pickups. You should really try micing your guitars next time. Those transducers just don't cut it. I'm sorry.

As far as the song is concerned, it's alright. It's just not my thing. Doesn't sound anything like Nirvana but it's very nineties, which isn't a bad thing.

Although, there is one funny thing. Jimmy ''The Rev'' was 28 when he passed away. He was a special person and he did make it past the ''27 club''.

But as for these guys here, I'm sure they'll live for a long long time. Like Tenacious D, only more grunge.

Sounds like country rock or something, im not too into "defining genres" and stuff, but i dont think many here in UK would say this is grunge. Anyway, good song.. good voice, the instruments could be providing a little something more perhaps. I usually don't open random friend invites, but for some reason, I checked out you guys, and let me just say... I'm really impressed. The music is 'grungy' enough to have balls, but it has a melody that a lot of songs are missing. And the lyrics aren't cookie-cutter frat boy ones, like a lot of the mainstream stuff like Nickelback, or Sublime. I look really forward to listening to your other stuff. PLEASE try to get signed to a big label. You're definitely talented enough.
