well I use my wrists, my left isnt nearly as fast as my right, and im still working on that. but you want to use your wrist and your fingers to snap is back down again. some people just use their fingers..i cant do that. but just practice a lot. get your fingers moving fast. Im practicing moving my fingers to the bottom of my palms really fast. I think that will help with endurance.
