The reson he has 2 beacon of light buffs is becuase the person you actually cast the spell on, get the buff with the tooltip "Beacon of Light" while everyone else, including the target, gets one that says "All heals on you will heal the Beacon of Light".

Its not a real enrage timer more like a soft enrage.  He does inevitable doom(4k damage) every 15 secs

But, i did saw when he showed the Achivement, on the 5th row in Dungeons and raids, it was Normal he got achivement for, not Heroic...

he dropped to much for non hero, and it is Wotlk not pre bc. i'am a raid leader for naxx heroic and this boss is a chalange for 25 person, i just want to gratulate you two person, i just can repeat, don't listen on this noobs, how don't trust you. btw why don't you try to make "Heigan der Unreine" with two people, we killed him with 2 healer 1 dd and 1 tank (the rest has died in the lava xD) in about one hour

Look at the date the vid was added and when they did it, it clearly says in the vid the kill was made on the 6th of December in 2008, back than WOTLK raids had many bugs etc and as u can see Loatheb didn't have any enrage timer wich was one of the bugs WOTLK prolly had than, wich made them able to kill Loatheb.
