Ah man. My dad just was the first person in the USA to get the 1 series.  It was a 135i convertible in blue and all the add ons. It also has the M package and It is a hellalota fun to drive. Happy driving!

Man, if your parents are willing to buy you a BMW, you will love it... No matter what series. 2002 models and up only though. They drive so smoothly. Seriously continue to beg them into the BMW range. I've owned a 3 series and they are a perfect investment.

I'm getting a 3 series. I think the 1 series is just a little too small for my taste. My mom drives a '08 550i, and my dad has a 335i sedan on order when the model with the refresh comes out. I LOVE my mom's 5 series, but it's too big, the 3 is PERFECT.
