I had a similar situation when I was going to make a pass and suddenly the car started to make a left in a field, in a split of a second I thought I'm going more left then, hoping for his dumb ass to look behind him self.. The thing he would do if he saw me on time is to hit the brakes and make me a pass, but he never did! That's why this guy made a right and tried to avoid the car. So, in these cases it all depends on which dumb ass will you run to......

The car driver got confused he saw the biker on the left coming up and was making room for him to pass then saw the other guy and probably tried to accelerate out of the way but didn't know which direction to go. Both bikers should've waited for the road to clear, failing that they should've not taken up the whole road in a confusing formation. The car should've just kept in its lane instead of going all unpredictable on their ass.
