My english is not very good. 3 day rule is for everything which has respawning content. For example open top sacks are not respawning, but I think over 90% of containers in dungeons are respawning.

On low levels I use to make restore fatigue potions and higher levels I get stuff from dungeons.

Masters mortal and pestle are the best. Its the only piece of equipment you need but the other pieces make the potion better. You can get ingredients from the Mages guild, but for simple restore fatigue potions, taverns and inns are good.

Go to these places and collect plants. I usually don't take watermelons (heavy):

- Chardrock and Chetcombe farm (North east from Kvatch.Farm is closer.)

- Odiil farm (South east from Chorrol)

- Lord Drad's estate (North from Anvil)

- West side of Skingrad's wall (Grapes)

- North east side of Skingrad's wall (Tomatoes)

Then use the best mortar & pestle you can buy or find to make restore fatigue potions and sell them.

There are many cheats to get money, but I don't use them.

Cheating is ok. Nobody gets hurt. Anyway IMO it spoils the game, but I have done two kinds of cheats. I test Sigil stones and some loots with save and once I dublicate 1000 lockpicks.

I like mods which adds more complexity to gameworld. At the same time I like to play vanilla Oblivion on console.

If you have a companion (like Rhianna) who can carry your things, recharge your weapons and more, you dont have to use these abilities. Ok, it takes more willpower to not use them if you think it's cheating, but still.

Press L1 while moving object. Some small objects are very easy to move and they stay "in your hand" well, but sometimes it's har to move even a mudgrab. So make very slow moves.

It's easy to get that. Just get a open very easy lock spell and then find something that opens, then just keep using it. Takes like 20 minutes.

I hate lockpicking, so on PS3 I made my own spell (fortify security 100pts for 5 secs on self). Now it's very easy to open every lock.

If you are in Arcane university and still can't make fortify skill spells, travel to Skingrad's grateful pass stables and turn south. Walk LEFT side of building strait to south. Soon you find Apprentice stone. Wait until night and take Void Seed ability. Use it. Now you can make fortify skill spells.

100pts / 5sec > 21 mag / 63 gold

80pts / 5sec > 16 mag / 48 gold

100pts / 10sec > 43 mag / 129 gold

Of course, if current security is 30, only 70pts fortification is needed. Over 100 doesn't help (except acrobatics and athletics).

I think you don't need high level restoration skill, because you can do very low duration spell. It's same with mercantile or speechcraft. Acrobatics is different because you may want it to last longer, let alone speed (fortify attribute).

I think you mean gate to other hall. Left from door is turn wheel. It's very hard to see without light.

This seems to be big sever system, but I didn't find anything worth there, if you aren't filling petty soul gems with mudgrabs and rats.

Yes you can (see title). Save before entering severs, so you can return to it if loot is poor, and try again. Loot is different every time.
