@argicida It is not required to reset the chip; the printer will still work, but the toner low light will remain on. It is possible to install a replacement chip separately; this will solve the problem. However, since replacement chips for the E260 are still quite expensive, we really don't recommend doing the chip replacement.
Can this be done on any cartridge or just the starter cartridge?
