my canon g7 produces better looking pictures than my old minolta 7000 slr. I guess as its more modern than a 25 year old film slr its going to produce better results. Would many of you agree that modern compact digital camera can produces better results than alot of early film slrs

I own this camera AND a Rebel Xti and use them both constantly. I love Canon products and I LOVE THOSE HANDS SHOWING THE CAMERA...lovely lovely hands...sexy hands indeed.

Ugly? It's a modern design classic, based on the old rangefinder cameras. Although I prefer the black ring to the silver one.
