  • What a douche

  • if they play stupid games I'll play stupid games as well:)

  • david beckham having a tatoo of jesus christs. hmmm considering he is a jew i find that strange

  • @nertos466 Its a Jewish painting.

  • @nertos466 What's so strange about that? - many Jews recognise Jesus as the messiah who was predicted in the old testament. There are no other candidates, unless you know of one?

  • Leviticus 19:28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the Lord.....It is sin to get a tattoo or markings upon your body unto God...

  • @tario26 It's also a sin to eat shellfish, but, I'm sure you probably enjoy a good meal at Red Lobster from time to time. To be frank, if you follow the Bible verbatim, you're setting yourself up for failure in your own faith, hence the little care in the way of tattoos

  • @TheArmydude050290 I don't eat pork or shellfish if you need to know, since I became born again... I don't throw aside any of the "lesser" commandments from God either, they were written in the word of God for a reason,

Matt 5:19 Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

  • @tario26 You'll excuse me if I doubt your claims of course. Especially since, in the New Testament, the banishment of eating pork and shellfish was deemed no longer a sin. So, seems like you're wrong in your own faith. Derp

Might want to read your own Book before you try quoting it again bud. =/

  • @tario26 ...I'll also remind you that the call not to "cut or mark" one's body was more so in reference to Pagan rituals rather than tattoos. Though, that means nothing now, as the verse against the marking of one's body was mentioned in Leviticus, and is recognized as a part of the Old Covenant, not the New. Meaning that such a standard also no longer applies. Once again, know your Book before trying to quote it off to me. Some of us are intelligent Christians in our faith. =)

  • @TheArmydude050290 Genesis 7:2 Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female.....unclean animals were established before the jews...it wasn't done away with just as with the sabbath wasn't done away with,...so by your theory the ten commandments were part of the old covenant, should i throw them out as well? What about the incest laws in leviticus 18-20, is it now ok to sleep with my sister?

  • @tario26 Wow, you are ignorant in your own faith. Mark 7:14-23 Jesus clearly states that ALL foods are clean. And in Hebrews 8 it goes into clear definition as to the means of the New Covenant. Incest was a matter addressed by Christ as a sin still, and the majority of the standards of the 10 commandments still exist. HOWEVER, key issues such as food and tattoos were defined. Even the Church has recognized that Tattoos are not a definable sin and that shellfish is edible. Learn up kid.

  • @TheArmydude050290 I was once catholic, now I'm a bible believer, teachings of the church are meaningless because they are contrary to scripture...I suggest you learn what your own church teaches to make sure you agree with them, read catechism lines 460 and 841...

  • @tario26 To call yourself a Bible believer is innately setting yourself up for failure. You don't believe in the Bible, it's a book. You believe in God and Christ. And I'm quoting the Bible at this point, not the church, in reference to the foods and making note of Romans 14 for the way of Tattoos. Even other denominations and non-denominational churches recognize that the reference of marking ones body was in reference to sacrificial markings made to pagan Gods, not tattoos. You fancy...

  • @tario26 ...yourself a believer? Then know what you're talking about. Now go crack open a crab and actually read the Bible before you try to preach it.

  • @tario26 And, for the sake of argument. I'll touch on line 841, since 460 is a relatively pointless one to bother mentioning and has no bearing whatsoever. Line 841 recognizes that there are other faiths that recognize and follow the same God, though not through the same means, measures, etc. We recognize Muslims as our neighbors and that they should not be condemned or hated. You fancy yourself a reader, so actually READ.

  • @TheArmydude050290 The Muslim religion denies Jesus Christ as their saviour and God, he is only a prophet , so your saying I can deny Jesus Christ and worship the same God as you worship?

What does the bible teach in the following verses to those who deny Jesus as their saviour: John 3:16-18John 3:35-36 1 John 2:23 Acts 4:8-12 John 14:6

    1 John 2:23

Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

  • @tario26 Do the lines say they are innately correct? No. It says that they should be recognized as brothers because they are believers in the teachings of Abraham and worship the same God. However, the Muslims don't deny Christ as the savior or prophet, they recognize him as a prophet of God and reserve his teachings as well. I recommend you read the Qu'ran as well if you plan on critiquing their religion as well, but not after you read the Bible since you've yet to do that.

  • @TheArmydude050290 I think you need to read the wikipedia definition of a muslim, they reject that they need a saviour and that Jesus died for their sins!...

  • @tario26 Yes, I'll read wikipedia before I read the Quran. That makes A LOT of sense.

  • @tario26 But, back to the original topic, since you seem quite keen on diverting attention from your lack of knowledge of the words of the Bible. Do you deny that in the Bible it states that all foods are clean and that, in reference to marking one's body, it solely refers to the practice of marking one's body to appease Pagan Gods?

  • @TheArmydude050290

Leviticus 19:28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.

Leviticus 19:31 Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.

Just for curiosity sake you say this commandment no longer applies, so the other 2 laws right directly below this law in leviticus19:29 and 31, can i throw these out as well?

  • @tario26 I've already pointed you to the books in which they apply to. And, if you read properly, you can see what every other Christian sees, that the verse is in reference to ritualistic markings meant to appease pagan gods or spirits. It is widely recognized and accepted by ALL christian denominations that tattoos do not apply in that verse. And, if it is covered in the New Covenant, then you most certainly can. Though, I still find it funny, you haven't replied to that of pork or shellfish.

  • @TheArmydude050290 I just showed you the verse above now I'm asking you where in that verse does it say to appease another god??? Am i the one that can't read properly or you?

and you are making a false assumption, just because you don't believe that it is still a law doesn't mean others accept that truth, I was made aware that these laws are still laws by a baptist preacher

  • @tario26 Then that baptist preacher is wrong. You do realize that, for the majority of its standard, the Bible reads as a book that constantly revisits old points yes? Many old laws were laws that affiliated themselves with the society of that day, much like markings in which it refers to pagan ritual markings. Don't believe me? Feel free to do the research yourself. Preaches are never to be taken as an end all resource, as they're often wrong as well.

  • @TheArmydude050290 the bible is clear to me and those are the laws thatI follow, now I'll press it one more time cause you think I'm dodging the questions here

Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

  • @tario26 Feel free then to follow those old and outdated laws then that were defined as no longer applicable under the New Covenant. Though, all your statement says at this point is an admittance of wrong on your own part while trying to save face. But, as it is, feel free to do as you want, but, don't call yourself a Christian if you try to preach old law. Doing so would put you under the classification of those False Prophets we hear about in Revalations.

  • @TheArmydude050290 Was the law established in the old testament or the new testament? I pray you search the bible yourself and ask noone other then Jesus for guidance in the truth in his word, there are many opinions and teachings especially in the catholic church that are contrary to what Jesus taught....God bless you..

  • @tario26 Save yer blessings bud, they mean next to nothing from a man who fancies himself and his pride so heavily that he refuses to admit when he's wrong. And as I said, I've quoted the BIBLE as primary reference. The same Bible that we get our information of the New Covenant from. The same Bible that makes the emphasis of pagan practices in regards to the marking of bodies. The same Bible that tells us it is okay to eat pork and shellfish. I've read the book, it seems you haven't yet.

  • @TheArmydude050290 Christianity is a sect of Judaism. The End.

  • @Rao665 Actually, no, it's not. To assume it is a sect of Judaism would means Jews and Christians alike believe the same fundamental faith. They do not however, Christians build their faith around Christ, whereas Jews build their faith around the Torah and a physical faith. Might want to research the definition of a sect a touch more bud.

  • @TheArmydude050290 this is the second time on youtube i've had to do this: sect (skt)

    n.

    1. A group of people forming a distinct unit within a larger group by virtue of certain refinements or distinctions of belief or practice....

now take into account that Jews believe in a Messiah. Take into account that Christians believe JESUS was the Messiah. Jews will disagree. The Christian faith rests on the Jewish concept of the Messiah. Therefore Christianity is a sect of Judaism.

  • @Rao665 Negative, because, Christians moved onto a completely different "religion" and though Judaism is the "parent" religion, they are in no way, the same, as the Christians believe in the new covenant, whereas the Jews do not, they believe they are still waiting for their messiah. No doubt, they are similar, but far from one being a sect of the other. If that is your general belief, then I suggest you bring in Islam as well. Or how all three get their true roots from Babylonian pagans.

  • @TheArmydude050290 "negative".. Okay soldier, I'm not part of your "Cadre," no need to talk like that. the definition of a sect does not state that both are the same or similar. in fact it states that they are DISTINCT. When one religion is an offshoot of the other, it is a sect. So yes your right: Islam and Christianity are sects of Judaism. and as far as Babylonian Pagans, no...try Persia and Zoroaster which is monotheist. Pagan Babylon were not montheist.

  • @Rao665 I'll talk like that because it is a part of my typical speech habits, if you don't like it that's not my problem. Thing is, none of justifiably an offshoot of the other. Maybe similar roots, but far from the same. Judaism is not the dominant religion that acts as an Umbrella belief for Islam and Christianity. And Babylonian Paganism as well as culture is referred to as the seat of mankind, acting as one of the oldest organized civilizations and, even more so, geographically speaking...

  • @Rao665 ...coincide as the most likely recognized origins for such religious/cultural groups as the Jews and Muslims. That being said, if you think a monotheistic faith cannot be an "evolved" belief system whose roots are found in a pantheistic/pagan belief then it seems you may lack in a handful of areas of historical or even sociological knowledge. Don't take it as an insult, but, simply put, Judaism, Christianity and Islam all teeter on the edge of being able to be considered an pantheon...

  • @Rao665 ...styled faith, what with all of their respective saints, angels and other religious figureheads who, in all honesty, act just like those "Lesser deities" who answer to an ultimate form or deity in kind and carry out specific duties or instructions per their place in the universe. Simply put, the title of Monotheism that's been slapped on the three main faiths can be seen as purely nothing more than a religious ruse in hopes of identifying themselves as a unique faith.

  • @tario26 ...especially when they fail to recognize that the New Covenant has in fact, thrown out a great deal of the old physical ritualistic law of the Mosaic Covenant. So, no, the majority of Leviticus is NOT law still, as the larger portion of that book was either amended or thrown out in New Testament. As I've already proven with the books I provided above for a general resource. You and that preacher are wrong in that standard. New law supersedes the old.

  • @tario26 Ah, and no, you do not throw out the law of prostitution, as that is covered in the new covenant still as adultry. I see what you're trying to do, and that is lump in my words as a misconstrued statement that I said that the New Testament as a whole no longer applies. You know that is warping the truth yes? On your part. I simply said that a large part of the Mosaic Covenant was thrown out under the New Covenant. Try not putting your foot in your mouth again bud.

  • IDIOT...

  • excellent!

  • A Tattoo of a Camel going through the eye of a needle would have been more appropriate.

  • @petarphyle dont judge

  • Can you please, open the Bible at the gospel of John and read chapter 3 verses 1 to 8? what do you think "you have to be born" again means?

p.s. ok, i`ll ask you: what is a christian?

  • i hope one day he`ll turn to Christ for good.

A tattoo of Christ is just a tattoo, nothing more.

  • @777cata he might not be a strict christian but a tatto of christ say's so much about you

  • @hermonnw1

It does, that`s true; that`s the reason i said i hope one day he`ll turn out to Christ some day.

btw: what do you mean by "strict christian"? I did not find that in the Bible.

  • @777cata lol obviously you ain't gonna find it in th bible, well strict christian, like Kaka the footballer. some people say their christian just for the sake of it, they don't even know shit about christianity

  • @hermonnw1

    i didn`t see beckham wearing a shirt " i belong to Jesus":P

What do you know about Jesus?

  • @777cata that's why am saying he ain't strict like kaka. i know a lot about jesus lol ask me anything

  • @hermonnw1 i was not saying you don`t know anything about Jesus, but simply asking what do you know about Him.

    Who is Jesus?

  • @777cata Jesus is the Son of God, our saviour, what was the point of that??

  • @hermonnw1

you`ll get to my point; patience. just follow me:

so, you do believe, don`t you?

  • @777cata yessir i was born a christian

  • @hermonnw1

you mean the second birth, right?

  • @777cata second birth??

  • @hermonnw1

don`t you read the Bible? how come you say you`re a christian but you don`t know what makes somebody a christian?

  • @777cata lol i read the bible not too much tho, wtf you never asked me what makes somebody a christian lol and do you mean born again by second birth?

  • DAVID MAY GOD BE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILEY BROTHER !

  • Everyone time victoria makes love to him for now on she'll have to stare into the judgemental eyes of our lord jesus christ.Thats gonna be a tad weird for her !

  • The world's more desirable sports cock.

  • great news.

    changed my impression about him.

  • @divineplusplus i hope you're being sarcastic.

  • @divineplusplus why does it change your impression? im muslim and i am proud that he actually is a religious man, I always liked david beckham nothing really wrong with him

  • @3therock3 yes, but i dislike tattoos....

and btw, i've heard he is in fact jewish.... and like most of other jews(e.g.: sarkozy) he publicly declares himself Christian.

  • @divineplusplus oh really? wow maybe he converted well me too i dislike tattoos its also against my religion cuz its not necessarily good to replace your skin (kinda) with something permanent but fakes are alright but its not like its a sin for his religion so it doesnt bother me. but if he's jewish he probably converted

  • @3therock3 yes, i beleive in the same thing, about replacing your skin given to us by God,which is that great&beautiful with some stinking freakish, devilish and seamanlike tattoo.

  • @divineplusplus i like that :)

reasons not to get a tattoo (for me atleast)

    ill look bad in it

    it looks wierd and

    what happens when you age

obviously you'll regret it looooll :D

  • i love david beckham.

  • Who cares about race or religion . We are all one .

  • @annabanana432 true everyone is my brother and sister people say Muslims (like myself) hate jews but I dont, in fact one of my bestfriends is jewish

    you're a smart guy

  • It's Not true ...

His grandfather was a Jew (who died).

    Read Wikipedia ....

And he did a tattoo in Hebrew because of him, because he was very attached to him and he describes himself as half Jewish.

  • i love it that a star finally has the guts to love Jesus the way he should be loved God bless Beckham!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and fuck all you anti christian cowards

  • R u guys on antichrist crack ....if someone gets a jesus tattoo this means he's forcing christianity ????????

  • What a stupid asshole,

  • is david catholic or prodestent?!!xx

  • said that she was the one who saved herself and that she should be proud. I am not a muslim bit i think that it is up to you to find the religion that suits you.

P,S Beckham said he would like to finish his courier at Man utd yeah right, get that boot ready fergie)

  • Tattoo of Jesus Christ? Whyyyy?

  • @sfurner cuz jesus loves all of us

  • English wanka

  • @dinoraul119

haha i agree with you he lacks common sense

but wether he suffers or not its Gods overall judgment

peace with you and yours my friend =]

  • Do a U-Tube search for

ENGLAND (The Thinking Man's World Cup Song 2010)

    It's very good

  • DAVID BECKHAM ROCKS! I love David Beckham. And now he just upped his value in my mind for having an image of our Lord tattooed in memory of his granddad. So cool. David Beckham is the man!

  • oook so are we supposed to be happy this guy is corrupting his God given temple of the holy spirit with ink?

i dont think Jesus likes that. =/

  • ok, there is NOTHING in the Bible that says tattoos are wrong...yes our body is a temple but who's to say that putting ink on it is bad? You? Are you Christ? Do you know his every thought? Don't think so...I don't think Jesus likes it when people like you say stuff like that and give Christians a bad name...make it seem like we are all close-minded, judgmental, radical weirdos

Have you ever eaten any junkfood in your lifetime? Well guess what, that's bad for your body, which is a temple

  • good answer

it acutally says in the old testment not to make urself with ink or cut ur selfs but now we r in new testment n we dont live under the old laws. BUT REALLY MATTERS IS ...IF YOUR A CHRISTAN....HOW DOES THAT EFFECT UR TESTIMONY ...THATS ALL!!!

    and GOOD ANSWER AGAIN!

  • really? I didn't know that! but yes, Many things in the old testament are no longer applicable. We're supposed to follow Christ's teachings and that of his followers...You had a good answer too!

  • wow no need to over react here boxofgiggles im just stating my OPINION. obviously im not christ and i never said that.

by the way im trying not to eat junk food eather=]

i agree with you on that. it is bad for your body. =]

may the peace of Christ be with you and yours.=]

  • I don't think I overreacted at all

Our job as Christians is to bring others to Christ, not tell them what they're doing wrong.

I can't stand when people who claim to be Christian act that way, because those are the "Christians" the world sees, and that's why Christians have a bad name, when in reality, the real Christians are accepting, understanding, and loving people. Not Judgmental, Bible Thumpers

  • @boxofgiggles ok my young box of giggles i really dont want this to turn into an argument. so let me just ask you this:

do you think its ok for him to share his thoughts with the world by piercing his body with tattoos?(yes or no answer please)=]

    peace with you =]

  • Comment removed

  • why do you just assume I'm young. And even so, what would my age have to do with any of this? "don't let anyone look down on you because you are young but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity" -1 Tim 4:12

Why not? What's so terrible about him doing something in memory of his late grandfather that also brings glory to God. I don't want an argument either, but when I see someone who is that way towards other people in that way I have to speak up

  • hmm their you go again over reacting i didnt mean anything bad by saying young, and im not just assuming i was checking your profile so i saw that you where 17 no big deal im 20 =] thats just how i call everyone thats around my age.

ok anyway im guessing your answer was yes you do think its ok for him to share his toughts to the world well im just sharing my thoughts as well. he thinks tattoos are cool so he shares i dont think Jesus will like that so i share its my opinion.=]

    peace with u

  • And I can very much respect that you are just sharing your opinion. I just didn't like the way in which you did it.

Everyone has their own idea of what is right and wrong, but at the end of the day, I guess all that really matters is doing everything to the glory of God

So I say we agree to disagree

  • you know what my boxofgiggles? i have to admit i think i also did a lil over reacting of my own.=S cus i let my emotions get to my head but if we look at the early christians they where calm and disiplen their body to not act on first thought but on what will bring the Glory of God to the fullest.

well i dont agree to disagree but i do agree to keep peace, i dont find youtube a good place for discusion.=]

good by boxofgiggles keep reading the bible i really enjoyed the bible verse you supplied

  • I will admit that I let my emotions control my words as well, which is not always wise

Well, have a nice day, May God Bless you

  • ok then take care and you have a verry nice day also!!=]

    thanks for everything=]

peace of christ with you and yours!!! =]

  • I always thought that Jesus finds you when he needs you. With no respect i do not like the way christians force their religion on people. I work with young people who have had trouble life. one 19yr girl had been on drugs since she was 13yrs she got into teen challenge a christian drug therapy. I saw her recently, she had converted 2 islam i asked her y she said that all she felt a christian was that she was the 1 that they saved people were taking thanks for her, in islam they said that cont..

  • I don't like when Christians do that either...but that is not at all what I was doing

I would NEVER force my beliefs onto someone else...I will share them, yes, because I believe that what I have in Christ is the greatest thing anyone could ever want or need

How much would I have to hate people to NOT share with them the greatest gift of all time?

I don't ever want it to be construed as me forcing it on anyone, though. There is a fine line between forcing and sharing. I was simply sharing

  • I believe in god and when i need him he is there for me. I was happy that this girl had found peace and was off drugs and prostituition. she seemed happy and that made me happy. am sorry if i offended you.

  • Oh, no! You did not offend me at all! I just wanted to make sure you knew I never want to force what I believe on anyone

  • @boxofgiggles

    Amen.

  • @smp236520 are u sure your not muslim ??????

  • so tell me dude

    where r u from??

are u a catholic or protestant?

  • im a christian catholic how about you??
