IBEX found the cause,a photon cloud(galactic plain) is interfering with the solar systems electromagnetic relations. The solar max cycle of the sun was delayed to a canceling of the governing field it produces because of the photon clouds influence.
I have a feeling quite a few of the "building and bridge destruction" is due to the age of the structures... especially those deteriorated houses and the iron rusted bridge like on 7:05 ... eh but good video.

thank u 4 putin this vid out. I Live IN L.A. and every time i turn on the news i hear about a watermain break now im starting 2 see it 4 myself wen i drive down the streets theres construction all over california and the dwp company cant explain wats going on..
@RWNSD 1 to 1 1/2 hours before sun set take a camera and take 10 photos of sun the best you can with out look right at it ! That way you no there not fake!!! my son and I have a lot of photos taken by 4 different camera and 2 different states TX , S.C you'll see in some OBJECT X BY THE SUN!
