I wish it would fly here in America, I'm tired of these meter maids/traffic cops parking illegally everywhere, and handing out tickets for every little thing, it makes no sense, you pay a quarter or two to park, if you are 1 minute late getting back, bam 30 some dollar fine. Plus in some states like california the meter maids specificially only target lower income areas, its in their official training. An honest job? They are mainly just preying on the poor, who don't have garages.

And of course, I meant space dedicated for parking. Not space that are there for a reason. Like outside driveways, emergency exits, sidewalks, private property, lawns, where you block the view and are a traffic hazzard or otherwise break the law. And my apartment comes with a parkingspace. And there's 38 free spaces for visitors to use.
