I had an iPod for a few weeks, and I liked it a lot. But the deal breaker was that you *have* to use iTunes. You can't just mount the iPod as a drive and copy/paste or drag-drop directly to the iPod. So I returned it and got my money back. I just can't stand iTunes.

The view is an unbelivable piece o' shit. it is the worst MP3 player i have ever owned. it friezes every time i want to change a song. and trust me im not the only one with this problem. ive broken 2 and now my warranty ran out so if it breaks AGAIN i have to buy something else.

listen,this was the best mp3player i ever had,way way better than zen vision m!anyway of all the repairs etc. ive seen there hasnt been one about dropping it into water,not just water but the sea! yea yea,it wasnt my fault,it was king triton-he overturned my boat with a freak wave! now i have it in every possible piece drying on my balcony,thats for nearly three days now. anyone ever heard of something like that coming back to life after a swim? if it doesnt work you know what-id buy it again.

sansa rules, it's better than ipod, for me... now we have a 32gb sansa view, and with the microsd slot, it can bump to 64gb, for less than 400 bucks

I wish people would know how to do a "REVIEW" of a product before posting a half-ass attempt. I mean, if you're going to review a MP3 player, and you never show how it plays music or hear it play music, you need to try your hand at doing something else. Yes, the device is capable of doing other things, but it IS an MP3 player.

nah the sansa exxx series had the same problem to begin with (freezing), its just the firmware.. once it gets updated it fixes it up. if you format it usually that fixes it too.

@TheRealAlfy Depends. They would get the iPod Classic for the storage, and the iPod Touch for the fun. Nano for the girls... and guys who don't have enough of muscles to hold a small Sansa >:)

I have a Sansa e280v2 and a classic 6th gen 80gb. Both are great. For me, I like the Classic better because of the large storage, but I usually bring the Sansa with me :)

@TheRealAlfy yeah really, u can buy mp3 players cheaper than an ipod and with just as much features and disk space as an ipod. and not to mention the drag and drop function when it comes to adding music, unlike having to convert the files to the ipod's filetype

Anybody who is considering getting this mp3 player, don't. It sucks. It freezes ALL the time, the color of certain videos is distorted, and you can't really rewind songs.

iPod Touch. The View is very nice, but you'll get better quality from the iPod Touch. That's probably Apple's only decent IPod.

The Touch breakes EXTREMELY easy. Now I don't go and throw it onto concrete but my friends have gone through 2 in a yr, due to a change in moisture which damages it internally. UNLESS you have case. The touch has wi-fi though but its usually a monthly cost. And the view may not have wifi but it hasFM radio which is still good. But its also less money and is more durable. I have a Clip right now and I've gotten it dropped so many times. Only one scratch on it and that was from roofing. Your choic

itz may be because itz not in msc mode ur 360 can only find usb devices in if ur sandisk is not in msc mode itz register itz self as a none usb divce know as a portable device......put it in msc mode

if u want both to be on par, go with the view.... and NOT the fuze...

because the view does'nt support a lot of video formats.... unlike the view....

I have a Sansa myself and prefer it over the Ipod and other brands. Also for the price you cannot beat the screen and picture. The same cost as a nano when I got it and better features. Only complaint is 2gb though.
