if u get the "Steam Beta Needs To Be Running To Use Find Servers" then search google "yourgamehere masterservers.vdf" then download a VDF file then save it into your "servers" file in your game

when u uninstall star steam it doesnt delete the files for the games you downloaded but u can delete them manually
