  • That is a very terrifying but awesome wicked witch look.

  • @NathanF76 Thank you x

  • I have liquid latex, and I'm planning on using it to make my Child Catcher costume nose! Is this method an okay way to make my nose for it? I don't have any clay or nose putty to use. Would this work? Any tips or advice?

  • @Darbyland yes it would be fine, putty would be better as it's easier to smooth out, but this method would work well, try to keep the layers of tissue fairly smooth and neat x

  • wouldent use it for halloween but its real good for like a scary movie 1

  • @funkydunkystar lol thanks x

  • wow this is really scary do you know how to apply a nose (Brought from store) and apply it with double face tape? if you do can you make a tutorial Thank You!!!

  • @stacy99melanie I've never used face tape, I would imagine it's pretty easy to do, I'd just stick the tape to the inside edges of the appliance and stick it on. Sorry I won't have time to do a tutorial on it xxx

  • Bloody billiant! my daughters birthday is halloween :/ We have had a party every year now for the past 12 years so I'm kinda runnin out of ideas lol. I plan this for next year as I am a seamstress and can get a pattern for the exact replica of the wicked witch from Oz. I just hope I don't cock it up with the make-up. This vid will be a big help thanks. Surely I can't go that far wrong can I? lol lol lol

  • @kestralgtx Wow how fab!! Thanks and good luck, I'd love to know how you get on xx

  • INCREDIBLE!!! Is liquid latex expensive to buy?

  • @TheCainesSisters Thankyou! No it's not too bad, you don't need much so you can just buy a small bottle, it comes in all sizes, 100ml is enough for about 10 delilah the witches and would cost about £10 xx

  • I love your makeup

  • @bluethenube thankyou so much xx

  • This video was so cool and your makeup skills are awesome! What song did you use for this vid? I want to find it for my upcoming halloween party! Great job!

  • @jeslovesanimals wow thankyou so much for the compliment! For the music, you'd have to ask my good friend Tsunimee. She made this video. If you just message her and ask what music she used for delilah the witch vid from last year, she may be able to find out for you xx

  • woah!!!!thats awesome......are u a professional makeup artist?

  • @amberheart92 Thankyou so much for the lovely compliment! I only just saw it for some reason. Yes I am a professional makeup artist, I work in fashion makeup in a salon, do a bit of freelance and teach. The theatrical stuff is more of a hobby xx

  • This is cool! But, what do you use to black a tooth out?

  • Thankyou. It's a special tooth enamel, you have to dry the tooth (a bit yukky that bit) and paint it on, once it's dry (about 3 seconds) it will stay on and is easy to clean off with a toothbrush or scratch it off with your fingernail. Mine is from Kryolan, you can get it from costume stores too. x

  • awsome your a genius awsome makeup

  • wow thanks so much!

  • your walcome

  • the best halloween mask ever!

  • Wow thankyou so much!

  • okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • Hahaha thanks! - I think :) x

  • That's awesome how you did the witch makeup

  • Thankyou so much for the lovely comment x

  • very detailed.....awesome job

  • Thankyou so much :) xx

  • Great video. Your instructions were very clear and the photos of each step were perfect. I followed your instructions to a 'T', only I bought a witch make-up kit from wallyworld that had a prefab nose. Then watched the video as I applied my makeup. It turned out fantastic. I received many many compliments on how good the makeup was. Wish I could post a photo here so you could see how it turned out. It was easy to do too. Thank you for taking the time to create such a nice video.

  • Wow best comment ever!!! I'm so glad you found my vid helpful and easy to follow! If you have any photos I'd love to see them, I'll send you my email addy :)

  • Wow, very creepy, haha! And that clown that kept popping up is gonna be in my nightmares tonight, um thanx LOL :D!

  • lol thanks :)

    Sleep tight! x

  • Love it!!!!!

  • thankyou xxx

  • Eeeeeeeeeeeeek! That was properly scary! What I loved about this was the fact that the end result looks so impressive and professional, I would never have thought I would be able to achieve it, but in fact it is fairly easy to do! You wait till next halloween - I can see this vid taking off in a big way!

Aaaaiiieeeeeeeeeeeehehehehehhhaaaaaaaaa (that was my witch cackle!) x

  • Nice cackle you have there sg!

Aw thanks so much for the praise! I just lap it up! lol xx <3

  • this is like a witch you see in films at the cinema. hands down the best witch i've seen on youtube!

  • haha thanks spicy! x

  • I love this: a old skool evil wicked witch, just like you imagine the witch to be. This is such an inspiration and you really want to me to experience with latex. Love the music too: again, never had come across this little gem and some of the animations on otm!! Only criticism: as a title, I would put 'using homemade prosthetics' The cereal are genius. A very very very effective, eye catching look, and looks also achievable to all. l o v e it.

  • thankyou darling, those stupid annimations are a bit annoying, on one of the text slides you cant read it all because there is a stupid frame round it and i couldn't figure out how to take it off!! Lol, I tried for a bit but you know me, patience went and I just thought Oh sod it!

  • my lovely: compared to me you are the re incarnation of patience. You will have seen that the little minute glitches is not removing the focus away from the brilliant witch transformation. This video has generated so many comments, I am really happy for you. I am redundant, it's official haha :) xx

  • haha you are NOT redundant! x

  • one day, you'll hand me a P45 and I will be like destroyed but getting mentally prepared for it.

  • hahaha!! :)

  • Jo, that's fantastic! you are really talented with prosthetics! I would take 1 week to do it! x x x

  • Thanks so much :)

  • the best witch ever, loved it :)

  • Yay thanks Lindsay! xx

  • great video!! I just tried my liquid latex for the first time today and now I have a new fun idea to try! Does it hurt to pull the latex off your face? Also, could you use the latex to hold the cereal or does the paint below make that tricky??

    fantastic!

    kim

  • It doesn't hurt to remove it, although if you cover a wide area of skin with latex, it can hurt a bit, you can cover it with moisturiser or cream cleanser and let it soak in for a few minutes before you start peeling it off, this helps soften it and makes it easier to remove. Paint underneath won't affect the latex, you could definately use it to hold the cereal. Thanks for the comment, feel free to message me if you need any advice. xx

  • hahah, this is great. And I love how you have lovely eyeshadow going even when putting on latex and cotton. :)

  • Haha thankyou Blanche, and thanks for noticing lol! Well just because a girl decides to paint herself green, doesn't mean to say she can't be pretty underneath! :)

  • Great stuff Jo!! :-D

  • Thankyou so much xx

  • awesome!!!!!!!!!!
