  • Should I be taking extra Vitamin D and Calcium if my Multi Vitamin already has it??

  • I'm so sorry, I meant Universal's Animal Pak. Sorry for the confusion!

  • @celymoon no worries. Animal Pak is what we call a kitchen sink product, meaning it has everything but the kitchen sink. The problem is there are a lot of unnecessary ingredients and of the ones that you need they are under dosed in terms of reaching the clinically studied dose. Garden of Life and New Chapter both make very good multi vitamins for women. These are the only two companies using fermented whole food vitamins as opposed to USP isolates. Hope this helps.

  • Hey, thanks for the video! What do you think about Universal's K-Pak or any other of their supplements for women? Thanks in advance!

  • @celymoon we are not familiar with a "K-Pak" from Universal, perhaps are you referring to a different product?

  • I don't like creatine just for the fact of water retention but everything else was informative. And a lot of chicks have askked about pink magic because in the catalog there is a ripped girl in it promoting lol. What about thermos and fat burners? Cuz there are a lot of different ones targeted towards girls and I would love to know what you guys think are the best.

  • @BarbieVenom thanks for watching. As for fat burners many are simply marketed to women, we actually did a video review Lipo 6 Black and explained the ingredients are identical, the dosage is almost identical. Point being read the labels and don't pay extra because of marketing. Also Pink Magic is not for women (or men for that matter, to date there is no research to back the claims). Hope this helps.

  • Thanks for this video! I was wondering about creatine and I'm a female. very helpful!

  • @summerchange glad we can help, thank you for checking out our videos.

  • Creatine is not good for women.

  • @Raychi7 and you base this on? The point in the video is that creatine is not a gender specific supplement. Some women like men want to improve athletic performance and creatine has been demonstrated to do so in numerous studies. When dosed properly for women 3g/day the digestive discomforts associated with creatine use in women dissipate (most of which have been grossly exaggerated as controls in these studies ingested carbs alone had more digestive problems than women taking 20g creatine/day).
