a zx 14 can run 9.90 stock, hayabusa 9.67, gsxr 1000 9.98, these were from cycleworld. they tested all the big leter bikes the zx10 ran 10.02 and i think the r1 like 10.2 but its all the rider

Offfical dyno results BY MCN: 08 BUSA restricted on the dyno they got 183.01bhp at the rear wheel not the crank! with 108.14ftlp of torque!! The new ZZR14 restricted "only" managed 167.55bhp with 104.36ftlb of torque 15.46bhp and 3.78ftlb of torque down on the new busa!

Offical Cycle World dyno 08 Busa 171.4BHP 102.0 Lbft...1.2 hp more then 07 ZX (Feb 08 Cycle World pg 33). By the way, it gained some weight over the winter...20 lbs. Probably that junk in the trunk tail it grew.

Great for a bone stock ZX14. I posted a bone stock 9.961 @ 142.37 at Houston Raceway Park - A little closer to sea level than Vegas. With a few mods - lowered, pipe, and Power Comander I have posted a 9.461 @ 150.20.

actually i believe he is correct. The GSXR1000 is faster in the 1/4, but slower in top speed.

no, it deosn't matter. At the end of the day, the bike is only as god as the rider. And as the zx-14 is heavier and less likely to wheeli. many people would do better the the kawasaki than the gsxr

He doesn't go 150 km/h. 143 mph is 231 km/h. That's impressive, 9.98sec to reach 231 km/h. I want one of those :)
