i've seen these all over arizona. they're definately not plastic bags. sometimes they sit completely still in the air for hours. they kind of remind me of a nautilus, but possibly robotic. they don't behave like familiar machines, they seem alive.

Managed to spot that it has 4 leg's ( Yep that's weird ) at 0:48 with what looks like a hole in the middle, sort of looks like a flying table or chair.

It's a weird one all right but that's what makes this subject so interesting.
