Actually, I suggest she make double the tax threshold, and give 50% of her income to tax deductible charities. My understanding is that that is the maximum deduction.

That way, you get to do some good, while still not paying taxes.

The foundation of libertarianism is maximum freedom of all forms to empower individuals. That is to say, little to no personal OR economic interference. Liberals may share many of our views when it comes to personal liberties, but there is a marked difference when it comes to economic liberty.

And the fact is, they don't have a leg to stand on here. If they don't want to pay income tax, they need to get rid of their SSN.

And the Grace Commission determined in the 1990's that 100% of the money paid to the IRS as income tax went straight to the Federal Reserve and NOT to roads and war and stuff. The money we are using for war, we are borrowing from China.

Sorry to be contrary, but if you have a Social Security Number... well, then you have volunteered to pay income & employment tax.

If a person doesn't have a SSN, then that person cannot even complete and submit a 1040 form, even tho they earned income.

Also, if the lady would switch from Federal Reserve Notes to American Eagle gold & silver coins (which are legal tender) then she could earn under the poverty line, but still live quite well.

The problem here is not war tax, it's ignorance.

I don't think that a baby who is born into the world has volunteered to pay anything. Non one consented to the terms. It was just forced against them by their parents.

Exactly. The parents got into a three-way contract with the State, called a marriage license, legally registering themselves as incompetent to raise children. Then they gave their children to the state by way of the birth certificate, and topped it all of with an SSN pledging all the child's labour to the State for all of it's life.

I think the word for this is cunningly coerced thru ignorance of the law.

The only thing good about it is that these contracts can be rescinded.

My parents got me my SSN. I made no contract with the state. Any supposed contract is illegitimate. No one has a right to pledge my labor or income to anyone.

When you were little, pink and screaming your guardians made that decision for you. Now that you are older and supposedly wiser, it's up to you to rectify the matter.

The areas of law I would have you look-up are, "Parens Patriae" and "Guardian/Ward Relationship".

One word of caution, if you try to rescind without a full understanding of how to do it and you botch the job, then you are stuck with that SSN for life.
